Such a beautiful place, could walk around here for hours so beautiful and peaceful. Play areas for children, bike hire available, nice to see so many people exercising in the area. I extended my stay in taiping due to it being so relaxing and beautiful, would definitely recommend if you are in taiping

I am so lucky to be here on a sunny morning. A lot people experienced rain in this rainy town.
The air is so clean! All the view & plants are well organized!
Early morning is my recommendation. One loop of the trail is 3.4 k.
I took one outer loop & some inner trail for totally 8k morning run. Perfect morning.

Really nice place. One part of it makes me feel like being in Switzerland :D if you want to park near to the really old rain trees, park at Parking Lot D.

If not, you get a good chance to walk around other parts too which is really worth it.

I love it. You can see many old tree arching down around the lake. There're couples with traditional clothes taking marriage photos there.

You can go for the cycle boat at about 7 p.m to see the sunset from the middle of the lake.

This abandoned mine lake is, without a doubt, the best I've ever seen. It's a testament to the power of community and nature's ability to rejuvenate. Whether you're a nature enthusiast, a photographer, or simply seeking a tranquil escape, this lake deserves a spot on your must-visit list.

Really beautiful lake! It took about 1hr to slow walk the whole round. Would recommend coming here earlier in the morning at around 7ish/8ish to avoid the crowds especially during public holidays. There’s a lot of birds and plants to spot, and it’s also very cooling!
You can rent bicycles from 10am onwards if you’d like. Can’t remember the price but it shouldn’t be too expensive!

This is definitely a must visit place if you ever come to Taiping. Sprawling a very large area, it offers visitors the chance to take a walk and enjoy the scenic view all around the lake. For jogging lovers, you can definitely have your workout here. I do also see people having picnics as well. You can also take a small manual paddle boat if you like to. Nearby the lake, there are eateries avaialble and you are spoilt for choices. There is also a zoo nearby.

The most impressive thing at this lake are the trees. Grown over decades, the branch now form an arch over the road, providing visitors shades when walking.

Enough said, I simply love this place!

A great place for many activities to be done with family, friends, school kids. Easy parking, very cozy, quiet and peaceful. Full of old raintrees that makes the place look authentic and relaxing.

I recently visited Taiping Lake Gardens and I was really impressed. The park is huge, with breathtaking views of nature and the mountains. There is plenty of parking, a kids' play area, an exercise area with equipment, and a variety of walking trails.

I would highly recommend Taiping Lake Gardens to anyone looking for a place to relax and enjoy the outdoors. It's a great place for jogging, walking, cycling, or just taking a leisurely stroll. The kids will love the play area, and there's something for everyone at the exercise area.

Overall, I really enjoyed Taiping Lake Gardens, it's a beautiful park with a lot to offer visitors of all ages.

A relax walk at here, nice place nice view. I think more than 20 years i not been here already, can't think back the original view in my mind😂. but still the best view, just wish the water from lake was clear then more better.

A beautiful lake in Taiping where a ton of recreations activities such as running, taichi and paddle boat can be done. It was unfortunately raining during my visit but I can’t wait to be back to walk around this lake.

Nice park to walk especially in the morning. If you are lucky, you can spot a few leaf monkeys.

Lots of green in Taiping Lake Garden. Nice place for jogging, relaxing, square dance, cycling, photo shooting and etc.
Raintree walk path must-walk, feel glad/appreciate still keep those centuries old trees. Many kinds of birds can be found here.

Great place for picnic and walking and jogging. there are also can rent bicycles and cycling. need to prepare umbrella anytime for the rain anytime
