Ansari Famous Cendol

Cendol was delicious.
A small bowl just enough to quench your thirst on a hot day in Taiping town.
Usually, there would be a line to order but service is super fast.
The only issue here is the amount of tables available.
But turn around time is quite fast.

Prices are super cheap.
Definitely worth a visit.

Famous cendol restaurant in centre of taiping city, first time for me to try cendol and was very nice sweet and creamy perfect for a hot afternoon snack, I found it very filling. Seating available inside, the place was packed and very busy but service was quick, nice friendly atmosphere. Would definitely recommend if in taiping,

Cendol was delicious. The texture is just fine. Creamy and sweet at the same time but i find it quite salty. Too much salt on cendol. The other menu is pasembor also is very good for me.

This restaurant is located at center of Taiping town, very easy to get there. Just look for big signage and crowds in front of the restaurant.

Must order the combination of cendol and pasembur. Cendol tastes like old-school, nice santan mixed with gula melaka. Pasembur has a special spice taste like muruku. Worth trying if you are here in Taiping, especially in hot weather.

The cendol is affordable and quite nice too. It was located at Taiping. You can taste the pure freshness of santan in it. You can customise your cendol according to your liking. Other than that, you can order pasembor for heavy eating. The atmosphere was really nice. The stall was sided with the road under the shade of the old trees. Moreover, they were also preparing for takeaway orders. You can choose to have your cendol inside the premise or outdoors. How about you come here yourself and let's taste the experience together :3

Best cendol and pasembor ever and I have had many. It gets busy at times but if you find a seat outdoors, it's definitely more comfortable.

Nice and good cendol. 1 of the famous cendol beside Bismillah Cendol in Taiping town. Not too sweet and price is so cheap! Expect full crowd during peak time i.e. weekend and tea time. Can seat inside or outside stall.

Service is moderate, not too bad, not very good, maybe they are too busy, they will wipe and clean the table, and serve the cendol. Atmosphere as it is at road side if the weather is hot, you will feel hot at there. But all these do not stop people to come. it is worth to have their cendol

Ordered cendol and pasembor, both are savoury. Ordered cendol pulut, delightful taste for someone who likes sweet tastes

This stall so happened to be infront of our hotel (Kimal). We tried the pulut cendol and pasembur. Both were were delicious! We are from Penang and I can say the taste is comparative (may be better). The portion of cendol is decent. However, the pasembur, for the price, the portion is huge! When we return here, we'll surely go back here again.

Humble place in the middle of Taiping town. Really love their cendol, their quality preserved over years. Can feel the freshness of the santan used. Pasembor taste nice together with the gravy. During weekend this places will be crowded so better go early.

Came right timing and no need to queue but the shop was quite packed and we decided to stand and eat the cendol outside the shop...under the tree. Service was fast.
Love the soft green strips of cendol and generous amount of kidney beans...RM1.80 per bowl. Can smell the gula melaka and the sweetness was just right for me. One of the best i have tasted. Must come back for the pesembur.
Street parking was easy, being a Sunday I guess.

The best cendol in Taiping town.Passembor also very nice so must try too when you have the chance to visit Taiping. Only small shop lot so be prepared to wait very long if you come during weekends/holidays. Ada cendol biasa, cendol with kacang, cendol with pulut, or the ultimate bowl is cendol with pulut and kacang. Nikmat sungguh if u have this during a hot day.

Overall experience is good. Waiting time is short and plus the taste of the cendol is very good! Very recommended

It's a small eatery with customers coming in and out. The cendol was perfect. The pasembur was also delicious but more on the sweet side.
