Blind Date Book Cafe , Alor Setar

I ordered lamb soup, and it was sooo good! The soup was thick, the portion was large, and the saltiness level suited my taste. I requested to have it with rice instead of bread, and they gladly served it that way. I also ordered sparkling pomegranate, which was a sweet and sour drink. The staff were nice and friendly, and the atmosphere was calm, complemented by calming music. Highly recommended!

This location is an ideal spot for working, especially for digital nomads with children. It's well-suited for getting tasks accomplished in a comfortable environment.

As a book café, it boasts an extensive array of books encompassing various genres like literature, novels, religion, business, and travel, resembling a mini library.

For children, there's a specially allocated area for play and a collection of children's books for reading.

The service here is top-notch, characterized by friendly and attentive staff. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, a wonderfully kind and considerate lady, and look forward to seeing her again.

The café also excels in its culinary offerings, serving excellent coffee and food. Conveniently, it provides charging points for electronic devices and free Wi-Fi access.

I definitely plan to return here in the future Inshaallah.

The restaurant is nicely decorated, there's plenty of parking near vicinity.

There's a lot of food to choose from curry mee, nasi lemak to meatballs.

Nasi lemak is tasty, the rice is fragrant with coconut and pandan flavours. The sambal is delicious, not too spicy.

The meatballs is scrumptious, juicy and tender. The black pepper sauce is different, somewhat sweet. Maybe a tad too sweet.

Curry Mee's portion is big, definitely will fill you up.

All in all, recommended!

Food is awesome , great services. The first book cafe in Kedah ! Perfect for book lovers to hangout and chills. Theres a section where you can have a blind date with mystery books. Interesting theme. Love it ! Will surely come again and again. Owner is really kind and helpful

Cozy ambience. Perfect working space. There’s a section for kids also. Ample plug point with fast wifi. They hold activities for kids also. There’s actually a diaper changing. Food was decent. Overall recommended 👍

Decent food for a book cafe. The cafe itself is a perfect hangout spot and functions as a working space. Fast wifi, surau, multiple plug points, ample parking spots, cozy environment and a kids section. Moderate and reasonable price for food with a decent taste. Would recommend their signature lamb shoulder soup

Mencuba minuman Belgian Choco Panas. Rasanya kaw dan pekat melikat. Sesuai untuk yang gemarkan minuman coklat. Harga amat berpatutan dengan minuman yang dihidangkan.

Makanan InsyaAllah lain kali akan dicuba. Mengikut menu, terdapat pelbagai jenis makanan, antaranya ialah kek, brownies dan sebagainya.

Kafe ini sangatlah underrated. Warga sekitar perlu datang dan cuba sendiri. Confirm akan repeat semula. InsyaAllah. Kipidap 💪🏻

The cafe is nicely decorated. Service from the staff good, friendly waitress. Coffee was nice. However, i was a bit disappointed with the sweedish meatball i ordered, too salty and the meatball is not like what i expected. Should improve more on food. Thank you.
