Starcity Hotel

Stayed in the hotel for 2 nights during bulan Ramadan. The staffs are extremely friendly, prompt service and attentive. Clean and spacious rooms. I like the ayam kurma and ayam masakan merah provided in the breakfast. Strategic location, convenient with many eatery choices nearby. A comfortable hotel, highly recommended 👍👍

The room we got is very nice and comfortable. All their staff are nice. Their food also delicious and it would be more nice if they can add more variety of food. The area also good since it near to convenient store, shopping mall and also had seafood restaurant around.

Room was clean and tidy. Service was very good. Breakfast was delicious even though it was served a bit late, around 7.15am. Not much variety but tasty. Location is 5/5. Near to Aman Central and Menara Alor Setar. Basement parking lots are limited. The hotel also provides outdoor parking for guests.

Not bad. Comfortable stay for 1 night. Clean and tidy. Worth the price. Walking distance to Aman Central and Menara Alor Setar. Underground parking seems limited.

Overall good services and the places also nice just the breakfast a simple menu but so good for me. The park also provided so no worry at all. So my 1st time coming its the best for my family.

Decent hotel compared to others. Easy access as located in the city. I took Grab which is very convenient to go around the city. U can park either on the basement or behind the hotel. They gave me free breakfast for both days of my stay. Room is okay. Breakfast is good esp the nasi lemak. Just the orange juice is em..

Yes I love this hotel! It's a good place to stay. The star deluxe room is clean and the bed so comfortable, so worth my money. The breakfast, one word: scrumptious. The wifi hurm, could be improved. The view on the sixth floor is not bad too🥰

Really good and convenient place to stay because it is very strategically located, it is just walking distance from Aman Central, Menara Alor Setar, Putra Medical Centre, the restaurants/food courts near Jalan Putra and Dataran Alor Setar.
The hotel is quite clean, well kept and it is really quiet. Nice city view too. Staffs are quite helpful and professional.
The only thing I can’t accept is the unstable wi-fi, always on and off, to the point I had to use my own data management need to take a look into this.
There is a basement parking and also outside parking behind the hotel.

We had a lovely 2D1N stay here for our workshop. Though there were 6 of us but the hotel treats us well and caters to all our necessity. The food was great and im glad i chose this hotel to do our workshop as all my friends kept on complimenting the food, the room that we used and the helpful staffs that attend us.. 😊😊 we plan to do this as our annual activity.

Checking in was swift and we were allowed for an early check-in at 1.45pm. Room were really clean especially the bathroom. All the staffs were friendly and the buffet breakfast at The Paddy Cafe was delightful and relaxing. Will come to stay here again next time around.

We are both impressed and happy to have stay at Star City hotel during our last vocation in Malaysia. Service is great and hotel staff are friendly. The price is affordable or we call it bargain especially NZ$1 = RM2.95!!

Attended a reunion dinner here. Service is good. All the 6 dishes were very tasty. Fish is fresh and lobster thermidor was excellence. Fried ramen is tasty. Pun Choi without pork was nicely done

Stay with big family. We all agreed this hotel is worth every penny. Or even too cheap. Location is superb. Walking distance to Aman central and menara Alor setar. Suitable for short trip to Alor setar

There's a mall (Aman Sentral) which is walking distance from the hotel. They spray disinfectant to luggages before going up to the rooms.

One of the best hotel in Alor Setar which served a very good breakfast. Easy access to Aman Central Mall and the dining options nearby the hotel.
