HUAWEI Authorized Experience Store_Queensbay Mall

Came here to purchase a phone for my dad and William provided excellent assistance. He was answering all my questions patiently and explained everything professionally. Splendid experience it was, totally would come again for next purchase.

I've been looking for the watch ultimate for months, no store seem to stock it. Anyway after trying another 3 uninterested Huawei stores in Penang I found this one. GT3 Pro, Watch 4 and Watch Ultimate all on display and in stock. The sales person was amazing, I've also been trying to find out about ECG features and which many, many, many Huawei staff no knowing and cannot help. This store was amazing, paired my phone and showed the features. He even tried to sell me the cheaper Watch4. Anyway purchase the more expensive Ultimate and very happy.

I bought 2 Huawei phones from this shop prior to the phone I bought on 1 May 2022. The service I have received from Nik, the salesperson, was superb. He spent over 2 hours trying to transfer crucial videos and documents from my broken phone to the new phone (Huawei Nova SE) I bought. He was friendly and dedicated. Dear Huawei manager, if you're reading this, Nik deserves a raise. Please promote him. Thank you.

The service is awful. We were interested in Huawei watch fit 2 and decided to go into the store to try it on. The staffs were on their phones when we went in. Nobody came over to serve us. We asked the guy what are the features for the watch. He literally told me “Even if I tell you, you won’t get it, you have to play around with it by yourself.” Not sure how do you train your staff but this is very rude to your customer.

We just went inside to buy me a new phone huawei p50 pro! We was only us 2 costemer, stood there for 15 minute waiting somebody to come up to us and ask for help!!
One was cleaning windows, the girl with black and silvergreen hair was only interested in her phone, we tried to get any contact with her, but she just moved to behind the counter and keep watching her videos🤦‍♀🤦‍♀ I got super annoyed, so we left!
Considering iPhone instead now, as not interested leave my money in this shop!!

Huawei get yours workers up and helping your costemers please!

I was intended to buy Nova 11Pro..
But I bet that the sales person being skeptical from my appearance.
He doesn't greet me at all,
He only talks when I asked.

I'm so annoyed by his attitude.
I choose to walk away and go for others brand.

Huawei is very Bad new version can't Use goole! I Don't use huawei any MORE and may frend i advised dont buy Huawei!just like thru mony only cannot use😔
