This is my 2nd visit and purchase at Focus Point. The staffs are very helpful and they helped me to find the appropriate lens and frame according to my need. The glasses was done in a week. The staff also contacted me and updated me frequently. And one more thing, since the lens that I ordered have no stock, they free upgrade it into the higher model. Thank you for this free upgrade.

I have been their regular customer for so many years because of their excellent service. Due to the pandemic , I contacted one of their staff Louis through telecommunication , and it was hassle free. He was very thoughtful and patient to help. Really appreciate his excellent service!

Been for so many optical shops Bt never meet such a nice sales person like Cindy.

Look for a matching sun glass, Cindy was very patient to look for the design that suit my face.
