different people, different experience...so far I have no problem with ninja van. I choose the same day delivery type for my courier and they delivered it perfectly .For me, their hero is their customer service, their done the job well. I love the chat system.

Previous 1 star review in 2020: Undeniably the worst courier in Malaysia. They should change their current tagline to "Disappearing deliveries one parcel at a time"

Edit for 4th quarter 2022: Changed my review to 5 stars as my experience with this company has improved tremendously. Been getting my packages in East Malaysia 3-4 days after ordering. Couriers also personally delivered all my packages to my apartment's doorstep.

The team responded and solved my failed delivery attempt very well. Sometimes the sender wrote confusing address (as in my case) and I'm just grateful and highly satisfied with the help and service that the Ninja team (both CS and rider) provided to ensure my parcel reach me safely. I really appreciate it.

The whole experience was hassle-free. I received timely and accurate emails about where my parcel is and received my parcel in excellent condition the day after I ordered it.
A couple of years ago, I didn't have a good experience with Ninja Van. Now, I can say that the entire customer experience is delightful and great!

So far I have had good experiences with their delivery time & communication. Dispatcher would send me a message notifying me that I will receive my parcel on that date, and if I happened to be away, they would notify me that my parcel would be left inside my gated house. This is great communication, especially if compared to Poslaju's standard. Two thumbs up from me.

Because all my experience with Ninja Van has been absolutely great. Driver always delivered on time, good manner and polite. Even sent me pictures of the goods delivered at my door front when I'm not home. I appreciate the good service from Ninja Van. Hence bothered to log in to leave review! Kudos. Please keep up the good work.

One of the best delivery services there is in Malaysia. I like the option of having my parcel dropped off at a pick-up point of my choice if I know I will not be at home to receive the parcel. My parcels are always perfect when delivered to me. Keep up the good work, Ninjas!

Great Delivery Service. They text me at 10 am and deliver at 11 am. I liked their tracking service, that shows where my parcel is at the moment. I hope delivery man must be provided with the credit to call customer before arriving @ Delivery location or inform customer as soon as they deliver to someone else other than customer. This is my second experience and I recommend Ninja Van

I love the final push email that is sent to me with the details of who signed it and all. So far, all the other emails to keep me updated along the way has been helpful as well. Only down side is that there is no way to contact them if the parcel's scheduled on Saturday to an office location, and i wanted to reschedule but there is no contact in the email, no phone number on the website.

This is by far THE Best delivery service in the country. Efficient and effective. Short delivery time and excellent customer service.

You will be notified by SMS to inform you that the parcel is on the way. They will try to contact you when no one's available to receive the items . The ninjas seem very determined to complete their mission.

Here's hoping that more traders will partner with Ninja for delivery service.

I thought NinjaVan might delay my items delivery just like others comment cause this was my first time using their service.
NinjaVan pickup items on 12/7/21 from the store KL, delivery to Sabah & received at 16/7/21. They called me first before arrange for delivery to my house. I'm so relieve that my items that almost RM3k received safely.😊

I have read some not so good posts on Ninja Van. That was surely not my experience. It was my first time using Ninja Van. Received message that they are delivering one morning and goods were delivered on the afternoon itself. Hassle free and efficient and polite. I have nothing but compliments.

Great driver - very friendly and polite. Deliveries are always on time and the packages are in good condition everytime. Customer service could be improved though - they're polite and everything but communication to the driver isn't always reliable. If they can change that, they'll be perfect.

I have to give good review to one of your delivery person, mr tarmizi. My item was supposed to be delivered via cod. I wrongly transferred the money via IBG to his account. Tarmizi is a trustworthy and honest person in doing his work where he transferred me back my money to me. Ninjavan please reward this staff👍

A thing that really makes me feel good about their services is that they always notify you about the situations of your parcel. They even have a special service called Ninja Box, if I'm not mistaken, where we as the parcel collector are able to set a location where their collaborating partners will keep our parcel and we can collect our parcel from them whenever is convenient for us and whenever we want. Never tried Ninja Box before but I'm sure I'll gonna try it in future. Thanks and keep it up the good services. :-)

Admittedly the delivery was slow because of 6.6 on Shopee, the delivery update from the seller was slow. However, once it was picked up, I received my package within 3 days on a Sunday! I was shocked and not prepared to receive a package on a Sunday but thanks to the deliveryman for calling and letting me know that the package arrived too 👍🏻

I'm a regular online shopper and this is the first time that order was delivered within minutes after receiving call from your delivery man. Usually I'll get calls in the morning but deliveries in late afternoon, even in the next day also! Good job team Ninja Van Malaysia! Thumbs up!!!

Great experiences so far. Always kept us updated on status of parcels without us even trying! (unlike others) Delivery guys have always been cheerful, courteous & pleasant. Keep it up Ninja Van!
