Wow, just wow! 🌟 Visiting i-City Shah Alam at night was like stepping into a fairy tale. The lights are absolutely stunning, turning the place into a sparkling wonderland! 🌃 Every corner is lit up with such vibrant and colorful lights, it’s impossible not to feel the magic in the air. 🎇 Walking around, I was in awe at every turn – it’s like the whole place was putting on a show just for us. The atmosphere is so lively and joyful, it’s contagious! 🥳 Perfect for a night out with friends or a romantic walk, i-City Shah Alam has won my heart. 🥰 If you’re looking for a place to light up your night and make some beautiful memories, this is it! ✨

Buy tickets online, even cheaper. The temperature is very cold. Extremely cold. Colder than the fridge in your house. -5.

Don’t make the same mistake as I did, thinking I could withstand the cold, not wearing gloves. Haaaa, numb my fingers. The cold is not a joke. It is extremely cold. They give boots, jacket. But the jacket is pathetic. No zip. If you have your own jacket, please bring it. If you think you can withstand the temperature of Cameron at night, then you are confident you can withstand the temperature in here, you are making a big mistake. Without gloves, in 5 minutes, your fingers would numb. Lips also numb. Recommended clothing, boots, jackets, face cover, waterproof and thick gloves.

Where else to experience snow without travelling? A great experience for children. Difficult to maintain such an attraction but I am happy it survived the covid shutdown. See you again soon.

We had a really fun time playing despite it being the school holidays. Entered at 5pm and exited by 7pm. There are so many elements to play, so it was very exciting.

The jackets are unable to zip mostly, some are too thin, some are just nice. The shoes for kids were not waterproof hence their feet became wet and cold. Bring wtaer proof gloves too if they want to play with the snow a lot.

Also advisable to bring a change of clothes too as your pants will get wet from the big slides.

Got many improvement since my last visit last 2 year. Could bring your own gloves and snow cap,otherwise you need to buy there. RM10 for pair of gloves. For socks better wear from home. They will only provide you jacket and boots. They also provide you a locker (one time open only) but need to pay RM3 only, so you can keep your personal belonging there except smartphone because of course you’ll need it for take lot of photos. Overall i am very satisfied.

Worth the price. As Malaysian, dont underestimate the cool temperature inside 🤣 Best to use water proff glove so that u will be kept warm & easy to hold phone etc. The games inside very playful & enjoyable. Surely will suggest to my relative & friends to come

Our family had so much fun. But our daughters 4yo and 6yo couldn't take it much longer. They were too cold. A lot of upgrades since our last visit in 2019.

We were there for the 2nd time and planning to go again. Great place to have fun with kids. Be prepared with water proof gloves, socks and additional sweaters. Shoes and jackets are provided.

This is the place if you guys like being so close to the snow. Mom and dad are also can have fun here because the slide is suitable for all ages. Near the ice place, it's ok, there are 2 games to play for adults. Adults: RM65 Children 2: RM55 The ticket price for renting a jacket include the boots. It's Better for you before coming here ready to wear a sweater,and also 2 socks, gloves, hats, all you can rent here or you can bring your own. It's just worth playing with the price paid. There's a hot water machine near the lobby, you can buy it to refresh your cold body, then go into a cold place to play until your got bruised 😀. Theres Toilet for men and women. Overall, if you just come here, you won't be shocked, but if you're ready to go in and play for a long time, it's WORTH THE MONEY and BEST! It is much more better and more merrier and fun to go with friend and family in large numbers. Anyway this is the place I've recommended for you to go in travel or weekends families trip.

One of the best places to enjoy man made cold winter snow the closest. Haha. I have to say this is better than the one in Genting actually. Worth the money. They have so many areas in there that children and adults can play around. Maximum about 1 and half hours to play in there. The sliding down the slides and playing snow balls are the best. Highly recommended. 👍

This is an amazing experience with snow. There are no time limitations for you to stay inside the snow walk but it is very difficult to sustain inside more than one hour due to the temperature. It is essentially require to ware socks, glows. You will be given suitable jackets and boots. If it is possible for you to close your ears also you will be able to stay inside playing with snow.

Kids have fun! Baby (can't walk) not allowed to enter Snow walk. Advisable tu buy gloves.

Great and fun experience with kids. Prepare your own gloves and wear socks. The boots and coats are to be provided. It was really cold inside. If you cannot resist the cold, you can ask from the staff to exit and enter again when you are ready. The staff are so helpful.

Felt like a little kid once again when visiting this place full of bright lights in the dark. Got so excited trying the skycycle with songs coming out of the ride and even got Big Bang one! And chilling out in the Ferris Wheel after while enjoying the scenery of Shah Alam i-City is totally worth it.

Went 2 times here. 1st time was ok, can feel the cold after half way going in. But 2nd time, not even halfway, it's alrdy very cold. Likely because we enter at 3pm when it newly open the door so they blast the aircond/snow to max.

Igloo houses are beautiful

No entry fee. pay ticket through credit machine. Having some troubleshoot on the payment but their staff was quick for solution. Overall a great place for families to spending times after shopping from icity mall 👍
