Fo Guang Shan Dong Zen Temple

Been coming here over the years and can see the foundation really runs the place well. The exhibits especially the night lighting decorations get better and better each year. Even carpark which used to be a problem is less so. I remember we used to need to park between some palm trees years ago! Of course you can expect a crowd especially during Chinese New Year but it is all managed in an orderly manner. No entry fee but you are free to donate to the cause.

It’s my first time here and this place is so beautiful! They poured in so much effort to decorate the place for CNY. They also put a lot of effort into organising the charity meal stalls and art gallery. Am impressed by the calligraphy art. This place is worth a visit. Very well done! 👍🏻👏🏻

The go-to place during Chinese new year. The temple change the decorations annually. Go day and night for best of both... Pretty hot during the day thou... Bring umbrella

It's happening now. Very good and nice environment with good thing to do. Praying for good health and luck. They also selling the vegetarian food with lower price. Big space to walk around and do donation.

Super crowded in cny. Park far to walk or u will be in the jam forever. Super impressive lighting, lanterns, decor & environments. Despite the huge crowd, most places r quite clean. Lots of volunteers. The art gallery were very nice with Zen art & wood carving displays. You can also learn to scribe some Buddhist saying using calligraphy on the second floor of the art gallery.

Reopen after CNY 2024 for another 2 weekends and gave me the opportunity to visit here again after years. Love it very much...

my fav kind of place to visit durung cny, good place for photo taking and make ur prayer. din try the food stall there so no comment, take as much photo as you like, the led are splendid at bight for photos, juz remember to keep hydrating.

Very nove Chinese New Year , Dragon Year deco. Go in the late evening to join both day time and night view.

During some renovation in process , some plants was change , inside have vegetarian restaurant , arts gallery & gift shop . They also have cny event soon , looking forward ! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Every CNY from 1st day to 15Th of CNY this temple is decorated according to the year of animal zodiac.

Visited during a weekday. Serene and beautiful. Flower garden is very well maintained. Art gallery and restaurant are open as well.

The lights lantern set up at the vicinity of the temple is amazing. Can really feel the festive season of CNY all around.

Although it was raining when I reach there, the place is still pack with people. A lot of photo taken and could see the happy faces around the whole area.

All the 3 parking lot is full. The place looks really established. The landscape is well curated. There is a vegetable plot at the rear of the temple. A huge warehouse to store the many lantern from previous years.

Really enjoyed the time spent here.

Very worth to travel there to visit especially during CNY.
