Asian Tigers (International Moving and Relocation) - Malaysia

Our move with Asian Tigers has been a delightful and stress free experience which surpassed our expectations and assured us that we have chosen the best moving company. The team of Asian Tigers worked in a very professional, coordinated and diligent manner to ensure that we did not face any difficulties during the move. It was very evident from the moment when Debbie visited our home for the survey that they have a well established system as the estimate was very accurate, quotation was provided within 1 day and all the queries we had were answered promptly. Our special requests were noted carefully and ensured that the notes of our discussion during the survey were communicated to the packing team. The quotation was very reasonable and the contract and other attachments were very easy to follow and complete.

The packing team led by Mr. Murugan was the best team we could have wished for our move. It was very clear from the beginning that they had a wealth of packing experience and had worked with each other for years and hence our work was well planned, communicated and executed to perfection. At no stage we felt the need to intervene or direct the entire process. In addition to being punctual and extremely hard working, the team was very courteous and professional in their conduct. We had time to relax, sleep and watch tv till the last day of the move all thanks to the well executed plan. All items were packed and labelled professionally, workplace was cleaned every evening before the team left and packed boxes were kept neatly so that they do not obstruct the walkways. The team did not enter our home with shoes and ensured that cleanliness is maintained to a very high level. Debbie even found time to visit us to ensure all was going on as per the plan despite her busy schedule.

We would like to thank Asian Tigers for such a wonderful experience of packing and shipment in Malaysia and would have no hesitation to recommend them to anyone who is considering International or domestic moving. We wish their team success and good luck as we look forward to receipt of our goods and settling down in the new country.

i am very grateful to Asian Tigers for taking the stress out of what could be a very stressful experience. From the initial contact with Mr. Amaury through to the efficient management and packing of Mr. Rafiq and his team of packers the process was seamless. Mr. Amaury was quick to respond to any questions, clarifications and concerns - to allay and address these efficiently. And Mr. Rafiq and his team did a great job packing all my stuff very efficiently and effectively - attention to details and making sure all items/ boxes were accounted for as well as each item packed with care was their mantra. They did an excellent job - I was very impressed. They were also a cheerful, respectful team - working well with each other under Mr. Rafiq's leadership. From beginning to end a very pleasant experience. All items very well packed and heavy fragile items were crated. Very friendly and hard working staff, and all packed within given time frame. Estimated volume was spot on. All boxes received spotless and all delivered without hassle into storage. Stress-free move given all the challenges in logistics nowadays. Office kept me informed of any changes in sailing schedules. Waiting for the next move with Asian Tigers :-) !

At first, I was about to be put off by how expensive they were compared to others but was somewhat convinced after reading all the positive reviews. The handling by Amaury was fantastic from start to finish.

On packing day, the army of movers led by Kathir were later than what was stated in the email but once they arrived they wasted no time and my local move was done within a day given the amount of stuff they had to go through. In short they obviously know what they were doing.

The experience with them certainly exceeded my expectations and would recommend to others for a hassle free move and peace of mind.

This is the 3rd time I am using Asian Tigers. One was for a big move to Europe in 2019 and also transporting some furniture and items to my sister's place in KL. It was done very efficiently, professionally and the people so friendly and knowledgeable. This time without hesitation I contacted Asian Tigers to transport my things from my storage to another location. I dealt wit Amaury who very quickly replied to my quiries, assessed the furniture and came back with a quote. I was very surprised how reasonable the cost was. During the move I met Rafik and his friendly bunch of very experieced packers, some with over 20 years working at Asian Tigers. This says a lot. I will certainly used them again.

Asian Tigers are without a doubt the best movers i have ever had the pleasure to use for moving home. They are extremely professional, very responsive and provide a stress free service. The crew used for my move were exception, very organised, packaged up my belongs very good and door to door service was 5 Star.

This is our 7th move in 12 years. Have always been moving countries but our first local move in Kuala Lumpur. This is also our first time using Asian Tigers. The packing and unpacking crew was fantastic. They were very accommodating, friendly and very careful with our belongings.

Amaury, our move specialist was great and very patient with all our questions. He was very detailed when he first surveyed our items.

Excellent job. The move manager and his team is very experienced. Each box is labeled and they have an inventory to ensure nothing loss, and know what is inside each box, tracing can be done easily. Just brief them what to be moved and sit back. The strong team pack each item fast and securely. They have excellent planning, e.g. What should be loaded into lorry first, how to optimize space, what is the sequence of unloading, etc. Job well done, clean (my white furniture still white, no finger print), swift and effortlessly for us. Highly recommended.

The guys were very courteous, thorough, and efficient. Their team lead was very professional. Arrived earlier than scheduled. Finished everything under 6 hours.

We shipped our personal items from Kuala Lumpur to New York with Asian Tigers. Not only were they efficient, responsive and professional, their rates were very reasonable compared to competitors (we did quite some comparing!). And most importantly, our items arrived safely without any damage or anything missing. In short: highly recommended!

Very professional company and very easy to deal with. Always return calls and answer emails promptly. They arrived on time to do the move and worked very efficiently to get our stuff packed up.

The most professional moving service I've experienced. They managed to accommodate my impromptu last minute next-day move without any hassle. No additional hidden charges, but you do have to be specific about what items you expect to move/pack (in terms of dimensions).

The workers were fast, efficient and quite careful throughout the process and the company did not charge for packing materials and boxes. An inventory was taken prior to loading the truck to ensure everything was delivered.

The packing was secure and they even protected the floors, walls and elevator of my new place before unloading the items. Everything was delivered and re-assembled without any damage to item or property.

I only wish the crew I got used the fancy yellow truck (or a truck with a tail lift) instead of the canvas truck without the logo. This will help to avoid the anxiety of loading large heavy items manually.

Lastly, I hope that in the future the company will consider investing in furniture slings/straps to reduce risk of lifting injuries or item damage.

Overall, good experience and I would definitely recommend.
