G2000 @ Pavilion KL

I have been a loyal G2000 customer for many years, visiting numerous stores throughout Malaysia. In my experience, this Pavilion bukit jalil offers the best customer service. However, I must note that the service at the Midvalley branch falls short in comparison, representing the weakest customer service I've encountered.

I had a bad shopping experience at G2000 in Pavilion today 28 July 2023. I came with my friend and wanted to buy clothes and when I entered the boutique the male promoter helped me find the right size and he was very kind to assist me. When we found the correct size we said we wanted to pay and then we went to the counter to pay. The male promoter informed the staff in charge of the counter cashier the customer wanted to make a payment, but he didn't care and continued to work until drag my time, so I was really disappointed with his reaction. She was supposed to stop and come to the cashier to clear my payment. At the same time at the counter, the male promoter asked if I wanted to be a member, and I agreed and signed up. but I am not successful in signing up because the line is not stable, and I decide to let go and don't want to scan for point members, and after that The male promoter called again and told the customer to make a payment. Actually, she was supposed to stand by at the counter to assist me in making a payment, but she decided to drag my time away while she settled her work! Then she came with an annoying face and no greeting she only informed me to add more clothes to enjoy the discount. Because of her annoying face, she showed me that I'm really not happy and I don't want to add clothes in fact she gave me a very sarcastic face when I said I didn't want to add clothes. I hope G2000 management will review and take action on behalf of your staff. Abil's name is so annoying!
