I just started to advertise yesterday

Sad to say that there is zero result from Edge Property after using it for almost 3 months. Simply can't understand why there is no result at all from the Edge Property's platform despite the respective marketing staff said our listings will be features in FB / Google , Mitula, Instagram, Trovit, etc etc. in the event we feature our listings. Received "FEW" leads (just FEW) from FEW propspects on FEW old listings that were allowed to be kept in the platform for a long long time.

Just curious why Edge Prop doesn't have a system to auto remove those old listings after 2-3 months to make sure the property seekers only see the latest / new listings. This could be one of the reasons why Edge Prop doesn't attract property seekers to search their properties via Edge Prop as most of the listings are old and property seekers might feel cheated as most of the properties are no longer available when they called up the real estate agents.

I advertised some of my listings in Prop Guru, I Prop, Mudah & Edge Prop, i received lead(s) from Prop Guru I Prop, Mudah but not Edge Prop. Overall, Edge Prop produced the highest impressions amongst all the marketing platforms that I mentioned above, however, my featured listings with 1800-1900 impressions have zero lead. "AMAZING".

It is not that we do not want to support Edge Prop, but judging from the performance of this marketing platform & its staff, we should just keep our marketing fund and focus on those platforms that produce results.
