The best Condominium near USM, design enhance privacy, the (slim) buildings and the high location allow air current to blow fabulously, no need for air conditioner, also, it is the only place where you can see both Penang bridges, the view is also great, not to mention the great swimming pool and dedicated parking building, all of that, for reasonable rents

Good place to stay...the owner are nice and room is kept and clean. Too close to usm. Can view usm from 23rd floor. Interestingly have big pools for kids and adults which can bath and swim up to 10 pm....berbaloi..

If you stay on one of the top floors of N Park you get an AMAZING BREATH TAKING VIEW! The swimming pool is maintained well and there is a park for the kids. There is a small shop and a laundrette. Nice neighborhood. Not very far from TESCO extra, USM, Queensbay Mall, and Udini Square.

Lot of amenities like swimming, badtminiton, basketball, etc outsiders also can pay and use the stadium for practicing and coaching. Well maintained but I think parking is not allowed inside condominium.

It's a nice place to unwind and relax with Resort facilities. Queensbay, Tesco shopping mall, USM, Pesta Penang in vicinity. Located in middle of 1st and 2nd Penang bridges. Easy access to Georgetown.

Not bad. I like the green enviourment and nice windy place to stay. But it is quite expensive for the rental.
