Its the best to be around..the staff are genuinely friendly and kind.... Not too pushy...the will suggest according to ur needs..i love to buying things here coz my maid love the product,..my maid happy,im happy 😁

Ms Nellea was so professional. She went extra mile to get me face powder from Gurney plaza since it was out of stock at Queensbay mall. I'm not sure if i spelled her name correctly but kudos to her 👏🌟

Terrible, just terrible. I have been a loyal supporters due to its shampoo in particular but this CNY when I went there the promoter was so unfriendly and rude to my 4 year old. Whatever it is I am very diapointed as she acted very unwelcoming to my family. Seriously considering to change shampoo after so many years. No wonder the shop so empty.
