I love the service.. i called to reserve and the staff are no issue.. just the limit of the reservation only for 3 days.. today i reserve at 10am .. 9pm i collect...

order a tote bag the promoter say that 3 days, after 3 days call to follow up mention rudely there is no such thing as 3 days, should be 3 weeks. Today went to collect the bag, there were 5 promoter at the counter and no greetings and customer advocacy just hand out the hand and took the resit from me. Took out the bag and just ask to sign. No thank you and didnt say anything. Christy Ng management need to really look into customer service advocacy training, kedai runcit service is much better than your store. Really big disappointment!

a long time waiting for their sales representative/customer service agent to served me, until i personally approached to them. In fact the sales representative she is just walking around doing nothing.

Kurang ajar sgt yg pekerja dia lelaki lembut tu, minta nak tgk kasut size paling besar yg available dia kata kuat2 TAK MUAT, TAK MUAT!! BOLEH PERGI CARI VINCCI MAYBE, kerja kedai kasut ja tapi belagak tak boleh blah, sikit lagi nak sound tapi sabar je dengan perangai lelaki lembut mcm ni!!!!
