Koong Woh Tong

A great place to reduce heaty after long day shopping. The herbal jelly is their signature menu. Service is fast and good. Price is a bit high but can be offset with the quality of food.

This is a newly open branch in Queensbay Mall selling herbal tea, you may ask for extra recipe to cure or suppress your minor flu, cold, cough or sore throat, it helps. You may also try its signature herbal jelly - Kuai Ling Gou (Cantonese).

My favourite herbal jelly brand in Malaysia. Taste great.

Nice cosy corner. Fresh GuiLianGao. Place is clean and quiet. Ample seatings.

頼んだのは以下三点。

1.龜苓膏（亀ゼリー）small RM11
シロップかけて食べ易く。

2.五花茶（Five Flower Tea）
RM2 クセがなく飲みやすい。

3.王老吉（Wong Lo Kat Herbal Tea）
RM2 少しクセあり

なんだか体に良さそうです。

Best place for quick relieve of cough, flu, sore throat and ulcer with this traditional chinese medicine drink. They have herbal jelly as well.

5/3/2024 Staff attitude very bad
9.15pm want to dine in but the staff said dine in closed !!!
915pm dine in closed, so early ??? Company policy?? then changes to takeaway, staff told me that plastic bag out of stock !!!!
Actually QBM branch not the first time already, early closed dine in and staff impolite and unfriendly. Hopefully management and headquarters look into this and make improvements.

The staff had a bad attitude when we asked about the products and were very impatient with my parents as we knew they always had some drinks available for purchase on the table, my dad asked for a drink but found it was no longer hot enough, so he asked for any hot tea, maybe my dad didn't express the message well, but the girl staff make my dad to say clearly what he wanted and asked my dad to put the drinks back well with a commanding tone？？then she just took the money and left（theres another male staff take the drinks for us）. Anyway，this is the worst and unhappy experience ever in Koong Woh Tong

Agreed with most of the customers here , staffs were very rude and always give commanding tone . Had bad experience twice so decided to leave her feedback here . Asking if they could help to put some warm water as it’s too hot the tea and they responded with a rude manner , we don’t have water we don’t have !

What a bad service provided by QBM branch. I never had a good impression to them as my first visit was last week to take away herbal jelly however the staff told us no plastic bag available (I forgot to bring that day) so we decided to dine in since I am not rushing time. Today was my 2nd visit to take away herbal jelly but I was told that take away is not available only can dine in because out of stocks. Hmmm….what happened to this QBM branch?

Worst experience. Employee talks to me without eye contact, doing her stuff and speak in bad mannered tone. I was going to have a cooling drink after dinner. I had to switch to Boost instead.

Unable to offer alternative payment method except for cash and this will lost tons of the customer
Staff respond really unfriendly like we only accept cash, no cash den get lost

full of ewallet logo payment but only cash payment accept.

Staff dont know how to explain the product & bad body language
