Very good customer service!!! I didn’t know I had scalp issue till I came for scalp test here. They gave good suggestions based on my scalp issue treatment. Loving the service. Super friendly. The most important point here is that they provide excellent large space for muslimah space. So ladies who wear scarf, dont worry. Key highlight was also their good advice and step by step input on how to take care of my hair and scalp.

Good and friendly service from the staff. They explain about my scalp condition, suggesting products and let me try some of their products too.

They don't (forcefully) upsell their product, which I'm totally okay with that. But the shampoo that they reccommend for my scalp is really good and I decided to purchase it. Really worth the purchase!

And for hijabis, they provide separate room for you.

A great place for hair cut and scalp treatment. My favourite hairdresser is Julie as she is able to advise me on the correct hairstyle and product that is suitable for me.

This outlet also have quite wide range of product. Good services and my family has been frequenting this outlet for more than 5 years.

I have been doing my hair in KL and keep on changing stylist since I never find someone that can really know how to do my hair. But at De Touch Aman Central, I went there once and I never go to any other places anymore! 😊
My hair stylist is Julies, and she did amazing on my hair. I lost count on how many times I depend on her to do my hair. Pls refer to picture on how well she does my hair.

It is my 2nd time visiting De'Touche and the staff never fail to wow me with their expertise in terms of product knowledge and professional display of customer service.

1) All the staff at the salon are very trendy and always exhibiting warm smiles.

2) Can tell they are very passionate about their job and customer's satisfaction.

3) No hard sell at all & prices are reasonable.

4) Would strongly recommend to make an appointment esp on weekends as the salon is very popular and walk-in are subject to any cancellations.

I love the haircut and also the colouring service here, get the result as I expected. The hair stylist is experience and good at consultation.
