R.A. Nasi Lemak

If one is craving for authentic nasi lemak for breakfast in KL city centre, with crunchy sotong/squid and kangkung (yes, boiled kangkung), one should visit this stall “RA Nasi Lemak” stall immediately! The rice fragrance is one of the best in town and it tastes so good with its sampal ikan-bilis and even better if it is topped up with their fired egg!

One of my favorite spots for nasi lemak in KL. I prefer this Malaka recipe than the other popular eateries. Help yourself to the wide range of freshly cook dishes to your taste. My choice is lots of sambal with boiled egg & chicken curry. Boiled kangkong & crispy anchovies make it a perfect nasi lemak Malaysian style. Go early around seven to have it warm.

Its been around for more than 30 years. It has maintained its consistency in taste and preparation. Simple setting..no ambience. yet tasty and affordable. Open throughout the week from 7am. Main dishes are quickly sold. So go early to get that good taste!

There are many good and great nasi lemak places and this place is my favourite. I used to eat there or tapau at least twice a week when I was working downtown in KL. I moved to England 15 years ago and to my surprise, the place is still there. Singgah there on my recent trip back, still as good as I remember it to be.

The nasi lemak and sambal tastes the same as 20 over years ago. RA nasi lemak are cooked in a traditional method where they steamed in a wooden bucket. RA nasi lemak still maintain the quality. So far they still have kangkong goreng . Many sellers just have cucumber only. N their best dishes is paru goreng berempah n gulai perut. The best nasi lemak in KL

Nasi lemak is way too spicy, if a spicy challenger can have try here. beware of taking sotong, it might cost u over Ten ringgit per lunch. Overall a nice place to hang over with friend.

My family and I have been dining here since 2001. It is definitely one of the best nasi lemak in the Klang Valley. Loving it !!!!

Overall the food is good, love the sambal. Just to take note that the ayam kampung goreng is a bit tough, but that's how it is for ayam kampung.
