This Big Pharmacy outlet is led by Alex and Fiona, both exceptional knowledgeable and very help towards all customers, I am one of them that’s impressed by their medical knowledge and also their courteous, attentive and helpful attitude towards me, Both are always there to assist and help with suggestions on products and recommends the appropriate medications when needed, very pro active and good in suggesting products that we need.
Big pharmacy is really lucky to have such knowledgeable and dedicated employees who always do their best for all customers in both service, and product recommendations.

I have been buying my regular medicines and supplements from BIG Pharmacy, Tmn Seri Tebrau branch for the past few years. I’m impressed by their professionalisms, diligent and dedication in discharging their duties based on my personal experiences dealing with them. This is especially goes to the pharmacist on duty (Ms Fiona) in addressing and providing advises on the importance of the medication and supplements upon enquiries. The pharmacists here are friendly and professional. Able to get my medications which I could not get elsewhere. Staffs are also knowledgeable and able to recommend me the right supplements for my knee pain which I find it really effective!

There are many pharmacies in JB city area, this BIG Pharmacy is the one that I visit regularly. Reason is the staff and the pharmacist are very helpful and easy to communicate. Location is also convenient too.
