Avery-Day

Since its opening, I had patronised Avery-Day on several occasions. This convenience store never fails to delight me and I will always make a pit stop here whenever I am visiting KSL City Mall.

They offer many imported snacks and beverages mainly from Japan, South Korea, Taiwan and China. Additionally, you can find made in Malaysia products here.

The air-conditioned area located on the second floor has sofa seats that allow you to dine in comfort.

Compared to the generic convenience stores found in Johor Bahru, Avery-Day is my favourite haunt for indulging in imported snacks and beverages.

Very nice convenience store with dine in option. Wide variety of food items, drinks, snacks & ice cream. It’s possible to have a 3 course meal there for a wallet friendly price!
Really like how they have products from many countries for sale.

Amazed by the variety of the products mainly from Taiwan and some from Japan/korean. Top level rooftop seating for people to dine their breakfast or brunch. Connecting at the side have a bakery. Overall a great place to kill curiosity near KSL but prepare to purchase everything in premium price similar like 7-11.

The soft serve yogurt taste better than a usual vanilla soft serve with a hint of yogurt sour

On the 2nd level, it's an indoor and outdoor seating area for customers to consume their purchases upstairs while chilling the day or night away.

Each table has an ash tray for smokers.

For family with young children or non smokers, you may opt for the indoor sofa seats with aircon.

There are two ways to get to upstairs, one is thru the staircase inside the store. The other on the right hand side, spiral staircase.

There is a bakery too! Don't miss it.

Travel tips:
If you are travel with more than 1 person, get your travel companion to up to get a seat while you make your purchase as the seats upstairs are very popular and is usually fully taken during busy hours.

This convenience store opposite KSL stocks an impressive amount of beverages and snacks. I was quite impressed to see Korean side dishes like kimchi and seasoned squid. Hot snacks are available at the cashier's counter like fries. There's quite a large selection of ice cream that one can purchase and then head upstairs to eat. I was here during the evening and it was pretty windy. It is a nice chill place to sit and eat. There's also a indoor space to sit at.

There is a wide selection of snacks and drinks from different countries. Outdoor seating area with view over the street is at the second floor.
I had some magee and ice cream. They sold some cooked food at the counter too.
Will recommend to pay a visit if you have nothing to do or after your KSL trip!
Only down side is they closes at midnight, which is still early for me.

Must drop by, whenever you are nearby.

An interesting concept convenience store. Lots of interesting and attractive snacks and drinks and etc. Will attract customers of all ages.

Very new concept convenience store like those in Taiwan and Japan. Many choices available but the Matcha biscuit (selling price RM6.90 to rm7.50) not so recommend. Because really taste normal.
Love the renovation concept and design like santorini style at the balcony.
There is a vegetarian friendly bread shop called Vburg, with special promo everyday after 8pm, buy 5 at rm12 only.
A good place to explore during friday and weekends.

A nice experience 🤗 bought some snacks and drinks, sat at the rooftop to enjoy. Nicely decorated..definitely a good picture spot for Instagram.

Convenient store sell with diff country snacks and drinks , alot of variety to choose , trying out their Mexico burger bun , spicy and tasty 🌭 having burger bun on rooftop , nice view and cozy here

Extremely chill and unique mini Supermarket, Santorini style, with a cozy roof top to chill out.

Clean, stylish and well-stocked convenience store right opposite KSL (in front of the Hotel's main lobby entrance). Carries many interesting products (mainly food) from Japan, Korea, China and Taiwan. You can also get travel-sized toiletries in the event you need them after the shops at the mall have closed. It has a small but nice bakery attached (connected) where you can grab some cakes and bread to-go. All items are neatly arranged on shelves. Prices are affordable. There's a space on the second level where you can enjoy the snacks and drinks bought from the store on level 1. Staff are also very friendly. Great shopping experience!

Been to KSL so many times, today 1/1/23 is the first time we decided to try this place. Wished we found this earlier! Rooftop is nice to have a drink, rest your feet from shopping since there are many benches or cafes inside KSL. There is indoor aircon seating and outdoor with umbrellas. When we were here, it was cloudy and breezy so v nice to sit out.
Toilet is also way way cleaner than the ones in KSL mall.

Wide selection of snacks, drinks and beers. There is a 2nd level, indoor and outdoor, for people to chill, enjoy the items you have purchased. It only a street across KSL, less than a min walk.
