Minimarket yang ada dibawa Grand Sentosa Hotel Johor. Sangat membantu untuk tamu yang sedang menginap di Grand Sentosa Hotel.
Semua barang lengkap, seperti kopi, odol, sabun, dll.

Staff yang peramah. Laju buat kerja. Berpuas hati sangat 👍

Family mart is finally in JB town!
Store size and area was just adequate. Food item was just nice and it’s the same as per other Family Mart store you found in other places. Of cause the most important Kanto Cooking (关东煮), still the same taste that you missed.
It’s totally a best option for those who stay at the Sentosa Hotel (just beside). I bet this is gonna be another hotspot to visit.
Be aware that it’s very hard to park your car. Remember to put the parking coupon too as the saman officer is quite active.

Nice and clean with friendly staffs.

Nice store. Very convenient. Many new items and food available. Nice ice-cream and latte sold here. A good competitor to 7-11. Kudos. Perhaps I just need some smile from the waiters and waitresses.

1. Matcha sofuto - enak ,rasa matchanya terasa hanya saja es krim nya terlalu lembut membuatnya cepat meleleh harus makan lebih cepat
2. Belgian dark chocolate sofuto - rasa cokelat nya juga terasa banget tebal gitu

1. layanannya standard pada umumnya, sopan

Tempat :
1. tempatnya dingin terdapat berbagai macam variasi perlengkapan dan makanan juga hanya saja untuk stok nya tidak banyak

Only try ice cream in cone .. they show the price is RM2.90 .. But charge me RM3.90 .. is it Normal to you .. ??
better check carefully the receipt after you pay ..

cashier name farah very bad attitude and no manners at all,still a senior cashier, what a joke!

If the store is going to open on 8am-10pm, kindly state the operating hours ACCURATELY . I went there in the morning around 7:45, the door is locked, I thought the cashier go to restroom so I stand there waited. After around 10mins, I saw two staffs walking around and stared at me like why this weirdo standing outside. I knocked on the door and she yelled at me said 8am only open, I asked why the notice stated 7am? She then went and tore the notice in front of me and left me standing outside again. I left and will never come back. BRAVO

Ps: I took a picture of the notice but dunno how to upload here. If the management wanna take a look, I can email to you.

I went there to buy the bubble tea, but when I reached there, the worker told me there were no ice supplies and ask us come again after 1 hour.We accepted bubble tea without ice but he not allowed.Then, we ask to pay the bill first,and we will come back after 1 hour to take the bubble tea, but he rejected also.He promised us there will be the bubble tea, as they have enough stock don't worry.After 1 hour, we returned back to the shop, he said there were no ice again.Then, why you promise us ???? wasting my time return to there.
