Today, I accompanied my family on a shopping trip to find bedding items.

During our visit, we had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Sharon (Employee ID: 11139) at Princebed.

She graciously attended to all our inquiries with remarkable patience and enthusiasm. Ms. Sharon's extensive expertise in the field became evident as she presented us with numerous options to consider.

We greatly appreciated her willingness to guide us through the decision-making process, allowing us to make informed choices.

Is a good time to shop in-store during CNY period.. Maybe due to few staffs , not much attention and service is provided. As I browse my way to bedding dept, the whole scenario changed to a warm welcoming approach by a young staff , think her name is Fiona. She is good in products knowledge and helped me with some good deals offers. I am satisfied with the overall shopping experience with her. Will recommend my friends too. Keep up the good staff, Gain city.

I was shortlisting some items for my house next year n already make an appt for the group buy in Dec, today I was thinking just to window shop yet who knows ended up I get most of my items already! 😅
I was served by Desmond Wong for Bosch series 8 dishwasher and Bosch steam oven. He is pretty detailed and very helpful too 👍 so without hesitation, I went ahead for my choice. 😃
I went to get my hob and hood, served by Shawn, a friendly young chap who knows his products well too. I get Turbo induction & ceramic hob and Mayer slimline hood.

I also went to check out their furniture. I was warmly greeted by Hafizan. His smile is so contagious, love it! 😀
Even the promoter at the digital lock was helpful, too.
I find the promoters here are friendly, helpful, and professional.👍

Went down to Gain City to look for high end speakers. Didn’t knew much about speakers and thanks to Chin’s recommendation I settled on this speaker. He was energetic and knowledgeable about all the speakers that had. and he bought me around to look at all the speakers they had. Was happy I made this purchased and it made my purchase worthwhile. Whoever comes to Gain City’s IT department, do come visit Chin for his friendly and confident service. As I had a great time whilst being served by him. Thank you again Chin!

My family was served by Aloysius at Gain City Sungei Kadut. Professional and knowledgeable. Thereafter, our balance payment was handled by Neil at Waterway Point. Approachable and always smiling. Finally, our installation was performed by Ah Sing, Soon and several others who joined later. Skilled and meticulous. Even after the installation, Aloysius checked in to ensure all was well. All in all, my experience with Gain City was nothing short of amazing.

The store have almost everything I look for and it's big and the staffs service here are really friendly, courtesy and helpful. The food served in the cafe taste extremely good, tasty and delicious too. Here they provide shutter bus to and fro.

Lydia Wong at Gain City Sungei Kadut Bedding Department Level 4 provided exceptional service. Her expertise, patience, and friendly demeanor made my shopping experience enjoyable. I highly recommend her for all your bedding needs.

Janice Yap was very helpful, when looking for a wine chiller. She remembered us about the space we have at home to place the chiller. After purchased we left the place, she still called us and remind us that we forgot to take our gift. We appreciate her thoughts and help. Will definitely be back when we need more electrical items.

As a new couple with little/no knowledge of electronics, the whole experience of buying the million appliances for our home can be very daunting. However, Kenneth was very helpful and patient when explaining the pros and cons of the different brands and models to us so we can make the most informed decision. Would highly recommend looking for him if you come to Gain City!

The sales person was very patient with us to explain all our queries. He was knowledgeable and knew our preferences well enough to provide us with the right options to consider. We were very happy with his honest service and came back few months later to look for him and to be served by him.

Great service and many appliances to choose from. Their staff, Turanes, is very knowledgeable on the different products and were able to answer my husband’s queries.

Look for Danny Lai if you need help with home appliances. Glad to be attended by him, knowledgeable and he was able to recommend the items to meet our needs. Thankful to have him. Saved us from cracking our heads, would have taken longer without his service.

This is my 2nd purchase of electronic and never disappoints me with their expertise knowledge of their products. All the staffs here are fantastic including their installers who came delivered and everyone works as a team of professionals with their products and my latest buy here are aircon in which recently the weather is unbearable and at last I surrender and bought myself aircon. Aloysius were the salesperson at Gain City in which were busy on to something but he sprang up to my surprise and offer me help In choosing what I want. He offer me Mitsubishi Heavy Industrial aircon product after listening to my needs and make all the arrangements so I can have it installed within a week which to my surprise and we close the deal. Now the aircon have installed by their awesome 2 technician which I'm so happy with the works and now I have a piece of mind without sweaty moments at home anymore.
My purchase is a Mitsubishi Heavy Industrial aircon system 4 unit recommended by Aloysius and indeed a great product installed and we are very happy.
