Grand Sentosa Hotel

Decided to give a perfect 5 stars for its strategic location, eatery places, ease of getting around, spacious lobby and room, cleanliness was okay.

The only no so good about staying here is the surrounded has nightlife but doesn't bother me at all, rundown building but considered well maintained, if you have someone staying next to your room may heard clearly.

Overall, I am super satisfactory with the experience. Will definately comeback here on my next visit.

Great big room, great location with many shops, eatery and massage center near by.

Got a very good deal via Agoda for a last minute decision to stay in JB. Get spacious rooms & for the class of hotel, it can't be beat. Excellent location in terms of food, bars & clubs plus is you're feeling a little tensed, many massage parlors nearby to soothe those aching muscles.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were accommodating and the place is so convenient with Family Mart infront of the lobby incase you are hungry at night. There is a few massage parlours too. If you are into nightlife, there is some pubs and disco there in the building.

a recommended stay in jb, near many food, stores and pharmacy, located right besides family mart, and the receptionist was so nice and friendly, i booked the wrong dates of stays but they helped me with it easily, nicee onee👍🏻👍🏻

Location of the hotel is central,lots of amenities around such as bars and restaurants. High human traffic means it is safer to walk around at night. Rooms are of an above average standard and service was friendly as well.

There are pretty good seafood restaurants and fruit stalls nearby. Was a non-guest trying to use the Hotel's Wi-Fi to book a grab but due to the weak Wi-Fi we couldn't. The front desk staff knowing that we needed a grab had offered to book one for us! My friends and I are really thankful for her effort of going beyond her call of duty, since we are not even the hotel's guest we were expecting to be ignored but to our surprise this kind soul has made our day.

Not a big hotel but quite nice and clean, suitable for family holiday trip. Surrounded by lots of restaurants, so it's easy to find food even when you're hungry in the middle of the night. Close to KSL and JBCQ shopping centre.

Great location. Good seafood. Cheap grocery. There is a street nearby, walking distance, which have street food which are afordable and delicious! A must try in Johor.

Great location and good service from the hotel but maybe need them to improve the clearness of the room . Bur afterall its a good stay
