RUDE & UNFRIENDLY
It happened just now 04/04/2024 at 0940-0950
I went for Reset my online Credit card because i used to unlock by Face to open my online Acc and forgot my Password. Its been long time that i forgot my Password and today i want to do reseting but ……. Firstly….
1. No people and I’m the only One went but still waited for Minutes for my turn , counter Num 10 wearing red dress floral white shawl (MALAY WOMAN) talked rude and she is not ready for help to explain the thing properly. Just because people who is not good in doing self online reset then we seeking for help directly in Bank. But , the end we only get dissapointment when the staffs are behaving rudely with us. Not even deserved 1 star for this AMBANK Branch

Bad service and their staff was unfriendly to help customer, you will easily get scold by them. Very rude staff. Their services not worth a single star.

Third time come here also same bad service and security also no friendly and self service for take number..first time saw bank only have 5 staff working..

Worst service at this branch especially Ms Malar.
Few time got scolded by her thru phone even with our staff on normal request matter.
bad experiance dealing with this branch.

Bought insurance from them on 7 April. Didn't receive policy after 1.5 month. Called, WhatsApp and email Ambank branch CS and cannot get any response.
Called AmAssurance, they asked me to contact Ambank branch. So basically as a client, I am stuck.

Belum pukul 4pm, sudah xada nomber. Staff pi sembayang.kena tunggu isnin datang lagi. Pls la, org bukan senang sangat la, belum sampai masa sudah tutup. Ambank, tolong upgrade taraf perkhidmatan service. Jangan membazir masa pelanggan .
