The location is superb, the service is great! If any complaints, it’s just that the rooms can be a bit old. I love the hotel though. Great value for money, decent breakfast and most importantly, close to all the good shopping and supper spots.

Old hotel but clean. Everything is good except for the breakfast buffet, no fried eggs, boiled eggs and etc. only Nasi lemak, porridge and 3 types of cereals. Coffee and teh tarih from dispenser machine. Very disappointed, they used to have a full spread of buffet breakfast.

Booked Executive Studio-Renovated, spacious and neat with city view. There is a old pool at lv 4, big enough for a simple swim but area was a little dirty. Nevertheless, easy walk around if u hop around for food at taman sentosa, century street food 7-8mins walk to ksl.

Hidden gem! A 3⭐ hotel but it was worth 5⭐ for the price you pay! Please do not complain and do not compare with Hilton, Hyatt, Amari & etc. It is an old simple 3 star hotel but is worth more than what you are paying!
A must to book the newly renovated rooms. Simple design with no fancy decor. Though it was newly renovated, you can still see it was just refurbished, with new stuff to cover old stuff as you can still see some stains and cracks on some edges and walls. But essentials like the bed and toilet bowl looked clean and new!
Need to pay rm100 deposit. Wifi was just average, not strong nor weak but good enough to surf net. Location was excellent as it was just 5min walk to KSL. Century Square night foodcourt was nearby for a great dinner. Lastly the breakfast was really good with a huge variety and great taste! I enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel!

Nice budget hotel in a good location, near to KSL mall. One can walk down to KSL. Breakfast Buffet is good enough with options to cater to asian crowd.

There are money changers and indian restaurants nearby.

Value for money if you choose newly renovated rooms.

My hotel stay was truly exceptional! The nearly renovated rooms provided a delightful ambiance, and their cleanliness and excellent maintenance were truly impressive. The room service went above and beyond, responding promptly to your request for help with a plumbing issue. Moreover, the hotel's convenient location, just a short 10-minute walk from the popular KSL mall, made it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. The wide selection of meals offered during breakfast was truly delightful, catering to various tastes and preferences. And to top it all off, having a popular Japanese restaurant situated within the hotel premises added an extra touch of luxury and convenience to my stay.

Great place and value for money. Most of the malls are walking distance, so you can "kill" the transportation fee.

Stayed for a night. Chose the renovated room. Nice and clean. Room amenities are decent. Close by to most places a Singaporean needs to go to. Pretty happy with the breakfast spread too. The Japanese restaurant in the hotel is a must try! But if you don't have a reservation, you have to wait to walk it. It is that good.

Heart of city Location, nice clean room and spacious. Breakfast just normal. But japanese restaurant definitely is the recommended I had in jb!

It's an amazing place. The breakfast taste great the room was nice the bed i liked and the view was great!
tho i haven't went to the pool but still the hotel was amazing

I have book this hotel with smoking room but when I reached to the hotel they say its a non smoking hotel. The level which I was allocated stated is a Non Smoking Floor. So I believe there is a certain level which is a Smoking Floor. This needs to be emphasize so as not to confuse consumer.

Room is nice and clean

Service is 2 - 3 star only, called them twice to get a water bottle, but no action taken as promised at night till morning.

We just stay 1 night to rest.

I love my stayed at this hotel..the room so huge place for shopping and makan is very accessible... housekeeping excellent service .. I will definitely back again....

Still give 5 stars..... I'm back to this old familiar place.... Because of the disappointed KSL incident.
Nevertheless we book crystal late in evening.... Everything just went smoothly...That's all we had wanted ;)

Room is ok clean bit abit run down....a few sockets for chrager not working.....

Nice hotel with excellent service however the roads are alil tight and parking is an issue .

I stayed a whole week here. It is a dated hotel but that means the staff were very experienced and accomodating. My kids and I enjoyed the spacious room and friendly service very much. The location was excellent with malls within walking distance and a busstop right infront of the hotel if you want to venture further out, i.e. IKEA Tebrau.
