Reasonably priced hotel. A bit run down in the hallways when closely inspected but still value for money. The beds are comfy, and the shower is good. The room was tidy. The only issue I found was the elevators that run in parallel. It takes long to go up or down with many people queueing. But I will definitely visit again

I've stayed KSL hotel for so many times since July 2023 . Good location especially KSL mall is very convenient can grab any food . All the front desk staff has been nice and helpful. Although they'll are not local Malaysian but they're trying their best to give good service . Especially I want to thank you for your Awesome Excellent Service 🏆 to Mr Ali Farhan and Ms Shakeela as they're very helpful, friendly, polite good personality. Thumbs up for both of them 👍. I booked a Superior King room and had requested for a smoking room. Upon checking in, I was given a free upgrade to Grand Superior King.
Hotel staff was efficient and friendly.

The room is clean, surprised that there wasn't any smoking smell which most smoking rooms may have.

Very convenient to shops at KSL mall, visited the Monday night market, love the street foods 😊.

Well cleaned rooms. Nearby alot of good food. Within KSL highly recommended LG level Chinese food stall (RUYI Chinese Food). Also have competitive pricing for massage packages as compared to outside of KSL.

The best and heaven place for a lady who needs to pamper herself or with her loved ones.
Great place to do hair, nails, massage and grabbing what you need in the currency that you will love.

Nice resort to stay at in Johor Bahru, given the close proximity to Singapore, it is a given that many travellers would plan a visit or stay at this mall/hotel. The mall is pretty big, only complaint is the toilets. Spacious hotel room to do own thing. Breakfast buffet is also provided at a price. Otherwise, down the road there are also a lot of street food so do check out

Highest floor on 27. We booked the premiere deluxe room, very cool glass toilet I can see my bf taking a poop, nice! HAHAHAHA

This is the best hotel I've stayed so far for its price range. clean, well made up room. higher floor rooms has a nice view ! breakfast is good, staff is good, has pools for its guests, location is excellent, KSL mall is just below, in city and near JB checkpoint, bus mybus F100 travel between causeway / JB Sentral to KSL mall which is where the hotel is at and is recommended way to travel there from the causeway. This hotel really lives up to its 4 star rating with good service, good rooms, rooms with a view, pools facility and plus excellent location

When it comes to value and location, this is the best you'll get in JB. Just a short driving distance from the causeway. The hotel is basically surrounded by food 24/7. Hell there's even a pasar malam if you're there on a Monday.

My stay at this hotel surpassed my expectations on multiple fronts. The location was ideal, offering a peaceful retreat while still being close to key attractions. Food stores everywhere 😋. Food is delicious 😋. Shopping mall and hand phone gadgets at B2. Massage everywhere 💆‍♀. All kinds of shops you can find in the surrounding area. It is convenient to go around with pasar malam.

It's not so bad that I heard of KSL. Good efforts from the Frontline (Abdur) and breakfast buffet staffs. Good location, good air-conditioning, good wifi connection....and a reasonable breakfast spread. Rooms fittings are not new. Lifts are always on maintenance😅🫢 ?

Very successful mall. Well managed with a good mix of vendors. The MyBus 100 is a good service shuttle bringing people from CIQ to KSL Mall. Standard cash charge is MR 1.50 but if you pay with the ManjaLink Card, it takes out MR 1.20. It is totally chaotic on Monday evenings with the happening at the popular pasar malam surrounding ksl. The regular front entrance (Coffee Bean & Tea Leaves) dropoff is relocated to the back one level down at Pizza Hut. They really should up the frequency of the shuttle to take care of the increased commuter volume.

Many thanks to manager Ailynn who personally made prompt arrangements for my family to stay together in connecting rooms during our recent stay in November 2023. It was such a memorable and wonderful stay, my little nephew kept asking to return to the 'new home'. Ksl hotel has become our first choice hotel in JB.

The hotel is very well equiped with gym. Mall is just below the hotel and very easy to get thru. The gym is wonderful, better than a fitness gym center and no one uses it 😁

Book a two day staycation on 20 Nov to 22 November 2023 with my wife for our anniversary so that we could visit the Monday Night Market as well as explore the surroundings.

The room we got was neat and clean, unfortunately they earlier occupant smoked in our non-smoking room.

Their bed was comfortable, and their TV comes with Netflix.

We had a nice and quiet stay for both days.

I had a good time, many thanks to Ms. Grace for being so accommodating to our requests, and the staff that kept giving us fresh towels even when we didn't request for them (some higher class places don't even do that). It's a great place to stay and explore the surrounding area, and the mall itself isn't much, but the food court in the mall (Glutton Street the place is called) and the shops nearby are worth the time. Check out Chez Papa which is quite nearby by car... It's worth the money

Service standard improved alot, provided cot of our height for the 7 weeks baby and extra towels for our toddler. Will certainly b back
