Tambun Pomelo GoChin Agro Farm

We opted to visit this Pomelo Orchard as it was within walking distance (2.5km) from my friend's place. The operator and front desk lady is very friendly and helpful. She discourages many visitors from buying the current batch of pamelos that they have as it is off season now. Dry flesh. Honest. We tried their guava and loved it. It is cheap and delicious. Go for the higher grade guava.

Really enjoyed the educational briefing from the 3rd generation owner! He was very entertaining, knowledgeable and patient, and we thought he did an excellent job sharing his knowledge!
Also enjoyed the free pomelo we could have after finishing the tour!
They sell a lot of things besides their pomelo fruit. They sell dried pomelo skin, ointments, essences and others! Do drop by and see what interests you. They are really nice and are willing to share information with you! Enjoy! :)

Had an interesting and educational visit to the farm, tried the sweet and sweet sour pomelos , they tasted juicy and nice. Bought some back too. Thanks to the young boss who briefed and entertained us.

Not many tourists after holiday week... a nice place to visit and buy pamelo and guava. Owner is young and friendly. He taught us how to choose a good pamelo.

Dont applausestrike the pamole…it will be bitter…lots of sweet pomelo..the staff really informative about pomelo

Very friendly and helpful shop owners. Took a free tour around their pomelo farm. Had a pomelo there and bought one home.

As it’s outside of town, it is recommended to drive, Grab, or hire a van service.Entrance to the farm is free. You can just walk-in and do a self-tour of the farm. The paths in the farm are properly routed and easy to follow.

Pomelos can be are easily spotted on trees. Towards the end of the farm, you can also see some guavas growing.

You can buy some pomelos from the shop to eat at home or at the shop itself.

Very good place to try the sweet pomelo and also the red pomelo (sweet and sour). They also let you walk around the garden (free), so you can see pomelo tree and a few other fruits as well.

Nice & clean farm to walk around. Good to gain some knowledge fr this 40y + farm. Notice there are a few grade of pomelo; sweet, sweet-sour & sour. Also come with various sizes @ diff prices.

The owner gave an excellent talk on the medicinal benefits of polmelo. The fruit were fresh and sweet. Well worth a visit. Unfortunately due to rain we couldn't your the gardens but the owner have is some free fruits to try.

This place selling fresh pomelo and variety of other product.. It also got some photo spot in there.. Pomelo is the iconic fruit in Ipoh, and this place should be on your list when having a holiday or stopping by in Ipoh..

This is a Pomelo plantation, they grow and sell Pomelo both the sweet and sour types. There’s a guide they came to us a bring us around the plantation and explain how they take care, grow and harvest the Pomelo.

It’s an interesting 15min tours and it’s free of charge. The guide explain in details and it’s an eye opening. They also grow some other fruit trees but it’s for their own consumption and not for sales.

You will experience 1st hand how the Pomelo is grown and harvest. After the tour, you can then proceed to the stall in front to buy your Pomelo (no obligations).

GoChin Pomelo Farm is the best and the only farm you can visit the pomelo and other fruits trees in Tambun, Perak.

The best thing is, the entrance is free, allowing us to walk along the walking tracks knowing the local fruits and taking photos.

They are open everyday!

Comfortable farm. The farmer is really kind. You can enter with no fee and you can see durian, guava, mango, pomelo trees. You can also buy fruits with good cost.

Wonderful time with Uni Alumni friends there with educational nature tour and highly interactive briefing by knowledgeable young farm owner. Loved the Pomelo products on sale, and wil come back again for them: Pomelo essential oil and pomelo cubes - so refreshing and yummy!

Locally grown pomelo farm with free visit/tour into the farm. Visited here for fresh pomelo😋 and to support local business (they sell RM8-10+ cheaper than city area, depend on the size)
