The Leverage Business Hotel (Kuala Kedah)

Both my husband and me had such wonderful sleep in this hotel that we both were surprised this is only a 2 stars hotel. Just one thing, no lift yah, walk up to first and second floor so guests with elderly, better request for room located at first floor.

Their mattress is the best. Even some 4 stars hotel in KL don't have this kind of mattress.

Room is surprisingly spacious for the rate that they offered.
Bed and pillows are comfortable and clean.
Shower head pressure and hot water are good too.
Parking is quite easy to get.
Location not too far from the city centre.
Accepts after midnight check-in if you made the full payment before 12am.

Rooms for improvement : molds in the bathroom should be routinely clean.

Otherwise not much issue. Will consider to come again.

Booked two rooms here - overall stay is good and definitely worth the price you paid for.

Rooms cleanliness is acceptable, easy check in and check out, and good housekeeping too. It is close to the highway exit and several recommended eateries - 7e & the Black Whale is right next to the hotel too. Plenty of carparks, no worries.

But do take note that the hotel is right next to the main street and is not sound proof. Not too loud but if someone down there intentionally want to be heard, you will definitely heard them effortlessly.

Very cheap hotel for comfort facilities. Maybe for the family suite I recommend you to study a bit about the design of the toilet. Since the slope of your floor tile a bit bend to outside then may lead the water out from toilet. overall is good. easy access.

Cheap price for nice and clean family room. Comfortably for my 5 family members. Near to Alor Setar city. Easy parking. No lift service.

I checked in almost in 12midnight and they still welcoming their guest. I guess everything was good. They have coffee sachets, creamers, drinking waters, all basic things. Good experience!

beside this hotel is a Chinese school, so if there is study time, better don't stay here, terrible traffic, u will vomit blood if u ever encounter this, but if it is holiday time, then this hotel is a good choice

love it..the room looks cozy..there is no elevator but not a problem for me..and low in price..the shop lot building..

Good location. Just about 10 minutes frm south of Alor Setar toll. Just about 10 minutes frm city centre. Quiet place. Facilities are tip top with generous staff. Nice place for resting. I recommend to stay here.

Excellent modern hotel on edge of Alor Setar, convenient to Langakwi ferry. Clean, efficient rooms, helpful staff with lots of recommendations for food nearby and even business services. Highly recommend .

Very very friendly and helpful staffs. This is the best hotel no doubt it is only 2 star ⭐⭐ hotel but the service and helpfulness of the staff's is the same as you are staying in the 5 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ hotel. Keep up with the good work.

A nice place to stay, though not suitable for those with big heavy suitcases since you need to use stairs.

So nice and spacious room. Rate also affordable. Great choice for boutique hotel.
