Happy with my nails ◡̈

I was served by QQ and Amy who were both very friendly and professional. Note that the salon can get busy, so it is best to make an appointment beforehand.

Price point was also reasonable:
Gel extension removal - RM30
Express gel manicure - RM60

I’ve gotten pedicure done at Queensbay Mall several times but this was my first time at J & A Nails. I messaged via WhatsApp to book a day before.

The staff (she was the only one for the morning shift yesterday) who did my pedicure was skillful and knowledgeable. I did standard pedicure and added the foot care treatment (using a device/ mini machine). I’m happy with the service and outcome and would come again.

Finally, found a decent nail salon in Penang. The service is excellent. The staff is friendly and informative as she helped me choose color for my gel nails. The way she did my nails is very attentive and careful. I love the result so much, it’s pretty and neat! Definitely will come again next time. Highly recommended

The manicurists were so friendly and skillful, making our experience so wonderful just before we left Penang. My little girl got an express Mani just for fun, whole I got a gel mani pedi and nail art on my fingers. Gorgeous nail art, value for money! Will highly recommend to anyone heading to Queensbay with some time to kill before flying out.
