I visited the shop to try out their oil free gel cream (and I was impressed with the texture). CSR Lum attended me, he was very patient and polite in answering my doubts; after knowing about my concern, he passed Rare Earth cleanser and Calendula toner samples (without me asking) to use with my cream. I was so sold after 5 days of using this combo and placed orders online for the cleanser and toner that he recommended! It doesn’t do magic on my face as it’s merely day 5 but I can feel that face oil was much more controlled and less prone to breakouts throughout the day than before! Kudos to Lum! Thank you for being so proactive to customer’s concern or I would’ve been using the existing alcohol-based toner and might continue having breakouts, now I’ve decided to switch to this combo. Of course, I’ll definitely support them whenever I have a trip down to QB! ⭐

Very friendly Senior KCR Chan Hon Lum. Very knowledgeable and gave lots of free goodies. Gave good advice on what products to use as well

friendly n polite staff..went there 8/8/2020..they gve us drink while waitin outside the outlet..their staff (mr. Sam Liew) explain every details we ask..definately will come again to qb branch.
