The best pharmacy. When I'm having limitation to move around with my 2mo baby, the staff make it convenient for me. I order through whatsApp, they re-confirm my order by sending picture of medications, inform me what is the total price, provide online transfer, and drive thru service. Their customer service is excellent. Same goes to the Balik Pulau branch.

Hands down the best service I ever had in Malaysia, better than some skin specialist i visited in Penang. Staff Emily greeted warmly the moment you enter the premise. She was really friendly, professional and knowledgeable in providing all the information needed by explaining with great patience and thoroughly. The price is not expensive as well and did not hard sell or push on 'extra' supplements to their customer. Most definitely going back there in the future. Speaks good English, foreign travelers won't be having hard time communicating.
