Lucas was very professional and did an excellent job in cleaning and clearing our clogged bathroom. Not only that he also got rid of the stench from the bathroom. Highly recommend this high-tech specialist. They managed to clear my kitchen drain, which has been partially blocked for months, despite my frequent attempts to clear it. These guys used a high pressure washer, wet vacuum and some other gadgets to get the job done. After clearing the blockage, they fed an inspection camera down the drain to inspect the pipe, and then cleaned the inside of the pipe using a high pressure jet attachment. They were very tidy, and thorough with their work. I also found them to be very responsive on WhatsApp.

My kitchen have been clogged for years (slow drain)... I messaged like four different plumbers, all of them been slow on response except for Mr Lucas Tan, even though that day is his off day.

He immediately response after hours and asked the problem... and the next day he came on time.

During the servicing, he was punctual, started work immediately, and went beyond of what he was here for by checking other sinks/pipes around the house FOC. His work was professionally conducted, precise, and made sure to clean up his area of work after he was done. Most importantly, I appreciated his honesty. He refused to receive additional tips on top of the agreed amount.

In summary, I'd recommend his services to everyone to try but be sure to request for the cost quote to avoid any surprises or misalignment of work. I'm posting this review not just for the warranty but my appreciation of the good work he's done.

Lucas did a wonderful job fixing and cleaning our clogged kitchen drain. He was very professional, thorough and detailed to make sure the issue is recitified and even bothered to check my other pipings to see if they were any potential problem.

Good service, on time and he’s very knowledgeable. We had an emergency (drain clogged) that caused flooding all over the house on a public holiday 7am in the morning. He came at 9am and resolved the issue immediately. Our house have clogged sink drain on Sunday. Contacted few plumber but none available. Lucas contacted us and after requesting few pictures of the clogged area, he give us a quote and his ETA. My sink has been clogged for few times over the years before i engaged unclogging service by Lucas (condo’s age 8++ years). Although the cost is quite steep compared to the traditional unclogging service, Lucas’s techniques, machines and methods has nothing to be compared of. I had an emergency on a Saturday night. My whole house was flooded because water came out from my kitchen drainage. Couldn't find a lot of plumbers available on a Sunday and thankfully, I found AlphaWater by chance on google cause I saw their good ratings and I contacted them on Sunday morning. Got a response asap and Lucas came to the rescue in the same Sunday afternoon itself. He was even so considerate to offer to get the water squeegee before he came! Overall very satisfied with the service. The issue ended up being more serious than expected and took the whole day till night but Lucas remained committed in solving the issue all by himself. He explained well and showed proofs of what was causing the clogged pipe as well. Will definitely recommend and will surely use their service again in the future if needed.
