Red Gym & Fitness Centre

Started training here after finish high school. Till today the equipments are still in good condition. Some are upgraded into better version. I've learned good values and gym ethics when joining this gym. Wearing shoes, bringing towel, sanitize once done with the equipment and not banging weights. Indirectly, it helps me to be more discipline in training. I also learned what and how are gym buddies circle. They are very supportive. This gym will be always a special fitness centre in my life. Thank you RGFC.

Affordable for walk-ins and very well equipped gym! The staff were nice and showed us around. The female only section was a great plus point; mainly treadmills, ellipticals, and stationary bikes.

Well equipped for those serious lifters and clean gym - including the toilet /bathroom
Reasonably priced . I was impressed the way the gym is managed . In most places it is filthy dirty and the bathroom is un tolerable but not this .
