Had the best time with my friend at Ozmosis Bangsar. I especially love the homemade ginger tea they serve before and after the spa session. The place was spotless clean and tastefully decorated.

Staffs were super friendly, welcoming and professional at their job. The massage left us super relaxed and happy. Highly recommend the functional healing spa !

I had the 2 hours deep tissue massage and it was so good. The host was attentive when I walk in and they serve you ginger tea at the beginning and also after the massage. All in all, a Rejuvenating experience . Will recommend it and will be back again

Went for a hot herbal ball healing functional therapy with my husband and we have to say it was blissful. The ambience is so clean, refreshing and relaxing. The masseurs are excellent and very professional. They have a good massage technique. The experience is completely worth it!

Arranged a spa day for my mum and it was effortless! Just Whatsapped them and it was sorted out so quick. My mum thoroughly enjoyed the 3 hour body scrub, foot scrub, steam bath and aromatherapy massage. She wouldn’t stop raving about the pampering she received from those lovely girls there. They really made my mum’s birthday so special ❤ thanks Ozmosis Spa! Highly recommend!

I went there for a spa retreat that included a high tea set, but it was at a late hour, so they were kind enough to book a table at a close restaurant for me and gave me a voucher for my meal. A great experience, I will be back for sure 💚🌿

Had the best facial treatment with Elena. I would highly recommend and will definitely go back to see her before I leave KL. I did the microdermabrasion celebrity skin facial and since it was my birthday month, I received a free red light therapy. Overall, Elenah was friendly, patient, and have a skillful facial massage. The spa was peaceful and super relaxing.

Had a very pleasant experience here! Ms Azura prepared a special birthday setup for me. Really nice of her. My husband booked an Osmosis Escapade package, but the massage session was extended to 90min for birthday special😊. Overall, a very relaxing session and satisfying services. Recommended.

I had the best massage experience. Isma my therapist was kind, strong and knew where to focus for my problem areas. Feel so refreshed. Will definitely go again. Clean and ambience was good. The coffee scrub was excellent. Receptionists were very polite as well.

Had a great experience of hydrogen spa and body massage in Ozmosis Spa at Beacon Resort. Both Ivtte and Michelle did a clear explanation and very good service. The therapist Yin Yin is very experienced. Really looking forward for another session of spa and massage at their outlet soon. Thanks for the pleasant and great session here

- The therapist was very good and gentle
- The acupuncture with Dr. Yek was excellent, I already had back pain and noticed a better feeling by end of the day.
- The place is cozy and relaxing
- The location is excellent, it is in a street full of cafés (so you can enjoy coffee or a meal before or after your treatment.

I did mine at Beacon Resort. The staff Michelle and Ivtte are really helpful and welcoming. My massager Ah Char is really good with good strength and skill, my body felt good and refresh. There is some minor miscommunication as I misunderstood her went for shower immediately after my massage session which I not suppose to. Oh ya, the hydrogen spa is really good too

Came here with nagging shoulder pain. Went for deep tissue massage. Isma was very attentive and addressed the points (and connected points) very well. Felt a lot better afterwards. Will come back for more sessions.
