1st Day:  a trained staff comes to check, and take photos of the customer's needs.
2nd Day: Client is informed of costs.
3rd day: The boss CK arrives with his team of trained staff and swing into action. Repiping for a bathroom leakage! Installation of 2 new sinks! Changing of 3 sets of old one-way faucets to new two-way faucets! Job completed in a day! Detailed and neat work! Good quality products given! Polite, friendly, efficient boss and staff! They even swept the floor clean before they left. Worth waiting for CK Plumbers Services!

CK responded to attend my water pump problem quite fast. Problem was corrected on the same day and I very happy with the quality of service. Thank you for solving the pressure controller problem.

VERY FAST RESPONSE : Reported the leaking issue and fix on the same day in Puchong.
POST SERVICE FOLLOW UP : Follow up the issues reported post service which was caused by different problems.
FRIENDLY SUPPORT : Sharing the photos after fixed leaking issues via Whatsapps and attend to queries sometimes even after office hours.

I had a small emergency when i accidentally hacked an outdoor pvc pipe in the garden at 4PM this evening and soon after, it started to rain heavily all over PJ/KL.

I desperately contacted CK and he assured me that his team would arrive, even if much later after the rain, but his team will definitely arrive as he knows that I had to turn off the main supply and having no water at dinner & bath time would be most inconvenient.

Sure enough, his men arrived at 6.30PM and quickly fixed the PVC piping for me.
