DeParkview Hotel

I've been a loyal guest at this hotel since 2015, and the owners have always been sincerely friendly. The hotel consistently maintains a clean and comfortable atmosphere. It's my go-to place in Ipoh, and I highly recommend it to everyone.

A memorable experience occurred in 2015 when my car drove through a flood, leading to the loss of the number plate. The owners went above and beyond, acquire a new one. The kindness they showed, going to town to purchase and install a new number plate, is a gesture we'll never forget.

It was an emergency, and we needed a room to rest before continuing our journey. So, this hotel is our random choice. But surprisingly, there is a room available. Besides that, the service is awesome. And we already put this hotel on top of our favs choices. Thanks a bunch for the great service!!!!♡♡♡♡♡

Room is clean, great location with walking to local food, besides dim sum taste good. Reception area provided free water refill.

When I checked in, I asked the staff on the parking issue, the staff was so friendly that help me use their phone to pay the parking, of course I pay them back.
My room has a super big space with a king bed, the bed was clean, tidy and comfortable, I had a good rest there.
I like their table, it was big and comfortable, it is very suitable for me that need to do my job using laptop on that table.
Definitely will come for a second stay if I outstation in Ipoh.

For those who need a affordable price and stay at Botani area, this hotel should be recommend for staying. The room is clean and big enough for this price too.

Had a great stay at DeParkview Hotel. Friendly staff. Very very clean room, bathroom and overall 5 star for everything. I had a comfortable stay, good sleep. Never felt like a budget hotel. Worth for money. The staff suggest us few places to have breakfast and dinner. Aircond was cold. Elevator available, that is the best part in this hotel. Plenty food choices around the hotel. Food court specially. Just walking distance. Sure will stay again here in my next trip to ipoh.

Room was clean and decent, bigger than most of the rooms for this price range

1. Receptionist Lady was very friendly.
2. Hotel room is very clean and looks modern.
3. Have 3 star facilities within the room like iron/iron board, small fridge, build in hair dryer, etc.
4. Worth the money for stay.

Had a worry free stay 😌 Special appreciation: Best customer service by the short-haired chinese lady (sorry didn't get her name). Room was spacious enough. But pls bear in mind, they dont provide extra mattress or sheets. Perfect for small family. There are restaurants, 7-11, hair salons & etc nearby (walking distance). So it was pretty convenient. Definitely would come back here for another stay. 👍👍👍

Stay in 'Family Suite' with my parents and its soo comfortable. Family suite(2king bed) have partition/slide door in between bed so my parents have some privacy. Really suitable for family. They even have aircond & tv in both bed so you can just enjoy. Facilities also good and staff is friendly. Don't forget to download PARK@PERAK if you coming with car otherwise kena saman (the staff told us about it).

Really love the hotel especially they do provide OKU friendly rooms and accessibilities (Please do call and request once you have booked the room so that they don't overlook the request).

Their king size bed room and the bathroom looks comfy and clean. I do really recommend this hotel if you happened to decide to stay in Ipoh

Cleanliness is great! The bed is comfortable to sleep in. Staff are helpful. Only Limited tv channel, but we’re coming there for a holiday so it wasn’t a big issue. Love the family room as there is a divider inbetween

Nice and clean rooms with comfy beds. 24/7 desk service provided. We arrived late at 1am and they still processed the check in smoothly. Tq:)

First of all sport less clean and comfortable bed.

The counter staff was friendly & helpful. The room is big, clean and well maintained. The location of this hotel is strategic as it located near to town. I would strongly recommend this good & affordable hotel! Hope they keep up the good work!

Kudos to the front workers, really friendly and love to smile to their customers. Room was big. Inside room they provide iron board and iron. Easy no need to go down request. Water pressure was good.

The receptionist soooo friendly.

I request toileteries and towel. Instead got soaps (gel and bar) and shampoo i also got dental kit. And the toothbrush was sooooo soft.

The aircond function well, and the shower also functioned well. And also there were room service every day in the morning.

The tv got many channel although most of the channel in chinese. Got iron and hangers and also fridge.

Overall i really love this hotel. Highly recommended and i would definitely go to this hotel again if i was in ipoh again.

Had a great experience here, I was looking for a clean hotel, nowadays 5 star hotels can be stinky and stained since the hotels are old, so I am very fussy and was really pleased with this hotel. Very friendly reception, clean environment, safe as well. I was upgraded to a different room since the room I booked was occupied, i wasn't charged with anything extra. Would definitely come here again.

Nice environment. Friendly staff (morning shift).
Like the room design and comfortable. I like the table direction which the air conditioning not direct facing to table.
Suitable for business trip.
