Comfortable, spacious and clean! Got the room for 5 guests and we enjoyed the night. The water pressure in the bathroom was fantastic, we enjoyed our shower after a long day out! I think it’s better that they provide water dispenser outside instead of those disposable plastic water bottles which is bad for the environment. My mum in law requested a shower cap which was kindly given for free. 3 in 1 soap provided. Towels provided. Basic TV channels which was occasionally disrupted but it’s okay. For the price we paid, highly value for money. Gotta say, we were all very impressed with how clean the room is, especially the bathroom.
Deposit: RM100, refundable via bank transfer after they confirm that you didn’t trash the room. They refunded me in 30 mins.

Pleasently surprised with the hotel. The room was clean, the bed is comfy. Location wise it's out of any touristy spots, so if you don't have your own transport, it's gonna be quite a hassle. But , this is Ipoh, and you can easily get a taxi or grab. Aeon mall and Lotus are within walking distance. There is a Chinese foodcourt right next door to the hotel, though it looks like hasn't been in operation for a while. Parking, for car and motorcycle, are simple and easy, right at the front of the hotel.

Great room for a night and it is affordable 🙌🏻 kinda feel like the lock for the door is not enough maybe need some other type of lock

In general, the hotel exceeded our expectations. Congrats! Food was fresh and served on time. The new rooms have been tastefully designed and renovated. The hotel will be renovated to its former splendour. Excellent location, attentive room service, clean and comfortable room, and quick check-out. It was a fantastic stay. Located slightly outside of the city centre, it provides quiet surroundings for a good night's rest. I really like the contemporary design of the room. It would be ideal if the hotel could provide a covered parking area.

Staff are the highlight of this hotel. They are both friendly but also aggressive with upholding the rules. Very much appreciate the staff's efforts in stopping people smoking in their rooms. For the most part they are successful. Very basic rooms with toilet paper, hot water, drinking water, slippers. Cup and water jug. Aircon works fine. No idea what the TV does, does anyone use them any more? WiFi in the room was fine. Very good value for money for this budget hotel. Rooms are very clean and well maintained. A little noisy at night with bars near by but there are some good bars near by if you wish to visit. Lots of fantastic places to eat nearby as well as a large Aeon mall. If you're looking to save some money you may wish to consider a few nights here.

It is a cheap budget hotel with a clean and comfortable room. The view of the room is beautiful and nice. Also they have a tiptop and superb service to their customer. And this hotel is near to the shop which can get many thing and food from the shop.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The food here was delicious. The service were heart-warming and got a lot of parkings. Clean restrooms and appropriately neat musolla.

Small but budget hotel but superb service & very cleaning. Ground floor waiting area with comfortable sofa, TV & speedy wifi. Little choices of hot foods but so tasty & reasonable retail price

For a budget hotel, this hotel offers a very good service. Located strategically, I can easily ho around the city. Will surely visit this place again..

Amenities was adequate for a "budget friendly" hotel. Many shops and a Mall within walking distance.

A clean and suitable budget hotel conveniently located near to the AEON Station 18 mall. Recommended for those who want to do shopping an explore famous tourist spot like Kellie's castle which is only 13 km away.

This place fully covered by varieties of stalls, shops and accessory shops, where simple hotel nearby to easy access railway station and easily identified with the landmark Birch Memorial Clock Tower. It's 10 minutes drive from exciting Kellie's Castle, an haunted mansion must visit nerve mocking experience.

Price ia very affordable. Close to Aeon mall and Lotus mall to buy something you would need. Suitable if you want to have a place to stay for the night before continuing your journey.

A very affordable both to couple and for small family. The service is good. Eventhough its a has a small room but its very comfy.

Hotel is easily accessible by public transportation, near to AEON mall. Room is clean n good service. Lots of eateries nearby

Nice place for 54 RM. Near mall. Room is not hot because air circulation is good. Beauty Indian girl in receptionist is very helpful. Already ask about dog, but They said its safe.

One of the cleanest budget hotel I've stayed in. This is my 2nd time being a guest here & I must say it's a very good hotel offering an inexpensive stay. I booked a room with 1 single & 1 queen size bed & the room (no. 2C) was exceptionally clean. Water pressure is really strong & air-conditioning smells fresh. Mattresses are odorless & comfortably soft

Parking during the night can be limited since the hotel has high occupancy rate, neighboring a pub & coffee shop at the corner. At night, there's a night guard keeping a lookout of the surrounding. There's Tesco & AEON within walking distances, few Chinese coffee shops & couple of mamak restaurants. Excellent choice for traveling salesman & budget conscious travelers.

Love this hotel. Two times booked the same hotel as my husb need to be working around here that time. The hotel were strategically located as you can find restaurants and malls near to it. Tesco were just walking distance while Aeon Mall need to take a car. The room were neat, the cleanliness and all good. Thumbs up!
