Price wise is reasonable. Considering that it's an urgent stay and it's close to Bercham town and easy access to north S highway.

Staffs are very friendly. I requested for checking out late due to hospital visit and they allowed me to extend til 2PM. My card was deactivated at 12PM so the staff lady (with short hair) follows us all the way to our room to help us open our door to pack our stuffs.

Room is very clean and good aircon condition. I stayed in another hotel in Taman Pakatan (nearby) but with higher price rate and I'm sweating at midnight. For De Res, it's freezing cold that I have to turn it warmer.

Another good point is free indoor VIP parking only for customers. Feel safe if coming back at midnight and there is cctv at the parking lot.

Secure parking space as you park inside shopelot, parking space near to entrance but has tight space..love the hotel design, great interior design, the room also has great interior design and it come with chiller and sanitary item..overall will come to stay again and recommend for my office mate

Nice, clean, comfortable, affordable price. Suitable for small children. Clean bathroom.Friendly receptionist. Highly recommended!

Ive been to this hotel with my family
We’ve 4 adult 4 kids.

i were check in on the spot for 1 night and they give Rm118.80 and the interior of the room was very clean and tidy the environment was very comfortable.the wall arts very attractive.
