Would like to thanks staff and nurses in KPJ ipoh especially Ward 3 for their exceptional service during my dad's admission last week. Even it was a busy, they have done a great job in providing the best care to their patients.

Dr Diva is very caring and professional. The hospital facilities is advanced and the room environment is good. The housekeeping service is good. The ward nurses caring and responsible. Sr Chang explained in detail and patient. The OT nurses are helpful and the anaesthetist is caring chit chat with me to reduce anxiety.

Dr Adeline tan is very nice and kind to me.. she had been my doctor since I am child. The nurses are all very nice and extremely caring. Thank you all

KPJ Ipoh nurses and student nurses are very caring and patience. Many thanks to them for their excellent care on my father in law. They made my father in law stay so much more pleasant for the two times hospitalization.

I had the pleasure of being under the care of Dr. Ong Lieh Bin at KPJ Ipoh Specialist Hospital to treat my cataracts, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the level of care I received.

Dr. Ong's expertise, professionalism, and attentiveness is truly commendable i.e. taking the time to thoroughly explain my medical condition and addressing my concerns while providing me with the best possible treatment options.

Throughout my treatment, Dr. Ong showed great compassion and ensured that I felt comfortable and well-informed every step of the way. The support and care I received from Dr. Ong and his team were exceptional.

I would like to express my appreciation to all the staff in KPJ Ipoh Specialist Hospital for their excellent service.

Last two weeks, I experienced severe abdominal discomfort after my dinner. I went to the emergency unit where I was fortunate to meet Dr. Nazmi. I am extremely grateful for his prompt decision-making, pain management, investigation, and explanation of the results, which greatly relieved my worries.

The nurses at the emergency unit were exceptionally friendly, particularly RN Lok, who showed great care and promptly administered the treatments.

Later, at the X-Ray unit, the staff who conducted the X-Ray for me was highly professional, friendly, and attentive.

The admission staff was very friendly at the admission counter, and later on the admission staff at AE was very helpful while I requested to book a single room.
The nursing staff in the Premium Ward were so caring, polite, and efficiency during the two days staying. They were very prompt with room transfers and medication administration.

The staff were very friendly and polite while I was gone through my CT scan in X-ray unit again.

On the day of discharge, the discharge procedures were also handled swiftly. Soon after, the pharmacy had prepared the home medications, and the billing unit very quickly finalized the bill.

I am also grateful for Dr Yeoh, a very good doctor; he had thoroughly reviewed all my previous investigations reports, gave reassurances, clear explanation, identified my health problems, and adjusted my anti-hypertension and diabetes medications accordingly.

The cashier was a beautiful young girl and she was very cheerful and polite.

Thanks again for the wonderful and delightful experience of hospitalization.

Staff nurses are efficient and helpful. Students nurses are very caring and well taught. Keep it up!!

This 5 star ratings for Dr David Manickam. Very passionate, super fast and friendly dr. All is good, but have few things to be improve.

1. Dont force kids to take medicine. Parents know how to handle their kids. Its normal for kids to be moody when we wake them up from sleeping. Give time. My son love medicine so much before this, but after being force he’s starting to cry every time we want to give him medicine.

2. Single bed or double bed seems to be the hardest thing here. 6 days in ward, we have to stay in 4 bedded room. No update from ward nurse, we have to ask every single time. At least try to comfort parents and update regularly.

Another else was perfect. Thank you for your service ❤
