Great place! Staffs are kind and very helpful. They'll show you around and teach you on how to use the equipments on your first day and then later, if you forgot how to use, you just have to ask the staff and they'll show you. Great environment. Such a positive place. I get very shy easily but slowly I made friends which is great!

Disable friendly as my dad joins too and someone helps him out.

If you think you want to start joining a gym but very scared or nervous of what people may think don't be scared it's a great place. No one judges you.

An excellent gym to work out at, weather you're from Ipoh or you're just visiting like myself. There are a lot of different workout machines throughout the gym, so there are plenty of styles of workouts to be done. There are a good number of the workout machines and many weights as well, there is plenty of room and gear for everyone. The training staff is very friendly and seemed very knowledgeable. Kaya was my trainer for my instance there; she was very clear and effective in her methods and taught great form. Overall a strong gym for anyone who is looking!

I gotta tell ya - I've never 'seen' a personal trainer (and maybe that's what I've been missing all this years) and I've NEVER walked away from the gym with shaking legs this bad! I've had sore legs before, but not like this....It's awesome! Haha! Thanks Sam , Shah and the team, for 'showing me the ropes'! Thanks to Fitness Lifestyle!!!! and people u can stay healthy n fit here....come n join us....

I would say Fitness Lifestyle is no 1 fitness centre in Perak.This is bcoz of the owner who is olso the fitness coach for FA Perak.He and his team r always on the floor to guide and train all member.Its parking facilities is olso easy access and available at all time.

Gym facilities are in superb condition, friendly staffs and entry fee of RM12/entry is worth it! Didn't manage to get the lifetime membership because I'm leaving Ipoh soon but it seems to be worth it too!

Official gym for Perak FA and now they have another Ipoh football club called RFC training here as well.

Well organised with dedicated trainers. Quality equipments and nice environment. Thumbs up. 5 stars.
