intention to go to the clinic for treatment, but when I arrived at the clinic, I was greeted with no fun because I was afraid of coughing, carrying a corona covid19 kot. sorry if my explanation offended the clinic.😔

Rude staff. Not recommended unless you see seeking more discomfort when you are sick. Can understand that this clinic do not give medicine for Covid-19 patient but can't accept their attitude (sounds like chasing away people). Second time not happy with their service. Will never ever come back again.

The Indian girl nurse at the counter is very rude. Of course nobody will admit. If she continues her attitude I bet you will have more upcoming bad reviews.

I went to this clinic because need to check my coughing and flu. But the staff said i need to bring my covid test kit to proved that am negative covid. But i told the staff i already done the test at home and i have the picture and details in my phone. But still the staff said i have to bring the test kit to enter the clinic. My house took 15min from there. Go and back will took 30mins. Its not worth it to waste my petrol and time. Kindly informed all ur customer earlier. I always come to this clinic whenever i’m not feeling well. But this time i really disappointed with this silly rules .

Don't go this clinic. I have fever , cough, headache but the female staff keep me to bring the covid test

Too expensive and have not breakdown the cost of treatment to patient.

The nurses here are not polite at all, and the service attitude here is not good.

no attitude your staf..service very bad first time nak try klinik ni trus tak jadi staf indian tak senyum cakap mcm nk marah if rasa trpaksa nak kerja resign..sb 1 staf problem hilang customer
