All the food that they served was very tasty, abit of fusion style. First time trying dry-aged sashimi tuna— perfect.
The source for codfish was perfect match! The environment and service was good! Will definitely revisit.

I love the foods here so much. Strongly recommend their grilled Norway soba ichiya fish, grilled unagi, hamaguri clam cook in Japanese sake! The service is good, staffs are friendly, will come back again. They have hiddem menu, don't forget to checkout with the staffs. You can get a free ice cream during your birthday month

Izakaya with great food. Comfortable and happening deco, right in the heart of city, serving fresh and fine food. Highly recommended to come over.

Best yakitori that we ever had up to date 💯I must say everything is nearly perfect especially we love the hidden menu - seafood porridge ! Among all of the nice dishes we will highly recommend must order prawn wrapped with chicken skin, super fresh sashimi and chawamushi ! And the special made cold kirin beer is superb! We love their highball and umeshu✨

Really hands down one of the best Izakaya restaurants I’ve been to for a long time. Everything I tried was to my taste, and I can tell that they really take pride in the food they serve. Staff were also very friendly and always within reach if I needed anything.

To start things off, I was greeted by all the staff that I walked by including the bartenders as I entered the restaurant and walked to my seat at the bar counter. I was given a nice pumpkin appetiser (complimentary) along with a hot towel.

I ordered the Chicken Stick with Egg Yolk Skewer, Prawn Wrapped With Chicken
Skin Skewer, Shitake Mushroom With Prawn
Paste Skewer, Longan Wrapped With Chicken
Meat Skewer, Black Truffle Seafood
Chawanmushi and Grilled Norway Salmon Fillet. Everything was delightful and I was enjoying myself, even at a few points moving and singing along with the music they were playing (they have an awesome playlist!).

Overall a very good place that I would highly recommend and I will definitely be back.

This is one of the best Japanese restaurants I have been to. The location is an added point with a really good access to tourist hotspots of the adjoining area of Bukit Bintang. The street where it is located has a number of restaurants and is a proper instagrammable space.
The ambience of this space is amazing with various spaces inside all specially curated. The lighting is dim and creates a cozy atmosphere. A bar infront with seating at the back of it. The food is served in an interesting way. The taste is 10/10 so does the ambience. Sushi rolls and maki is good with amazing taste. The fish is one of the best things there. Totally worth visiting whenever in Kuala Lumpur. I’ll give 10/10 for it.

First time here and won’t be the last! The food was great and Van, our server was wonderful! We had an assortment of skewers, Unagi Fried Rice, Garlic Fried Rice, Kaarage, Salmon Handroll, Tofu, Chawan Mushi, and the grilled fish of the day (Kinki) and it was perfectly cooked, a technique (Sand Grill) they specialize in and a dish I’d recommend! I highly recommend this restaurant with the great food and friendly service!

Staffs are nice. Order any food and you‘ll realise they are all yummy. Reservation was easily made thru website. Mention its for celebration and free bday dessert set （whisky & icecream）will be served FOC.

Came here for birthday celebration. The food was amazing, and everything was cooked to perfection.

The skewers are suprisingly nice and the sand grill fish is so juicy and grill to perfection. (We ordered Ojisan fish)

Our visit was unbelievable, such an amazing atmosphere and vivacious vibe.

The seared tuna maki rolls were exceptional.

The Suntory highballs are wonderfully refreshing.

The skewers are delectable. Okra especially good as well as the chicken skin-wrapped prawn.

There are excellent options for vegetarians too.

The service is phenomenal. It is exceptionally friendly and fast.

The sauces are spectacular, especially the spicy one!

The homemade chicken gyoza is gorgeous.

If you have only one night in KL, come here with your partner or friends. Fridays have a DJ, but a great environment for dates or just going easy with friends.

I can’t say enough good things about this restaurant.

Also, homemade ice cream options are unique!

Very fresh and tasty food. Waiters are very nice and kind, especially Francis. Must try when you’re staying in KL city. Best Japanese cuisine are here.

Sashimi is super fresh and thick cut,highly recommended this place. Chef from HK, picture describe the taste. Everything just taste good

Surrounding is comfortable with some hip hop acoustic songs. Food is nice just that the ayu fish got a bit bitter (acceptable level). Must try their OZ lamb skewer and cheese chicken skin wrapped with prawn. Their cold ramen (not in menu) is also a must try.

The staff is really friendly the decor is tasty, and the atmosphere is definitely awesome! I’m absolutely love their unagi maki roll, raw salmon and sake clam.
