Service of the company is tiptop. I rented their Starex and the services and explanation from the company really helpful to the renter. Their reply is also fast and if you cant get a hold of one of their officers, another one will approach you to ensure the smooth experiences in renting their car. Recommended!!

Rent at your own risk!

Rented a Myvi for 19th June to 22th June 2022. As agree is from 0830hrs to 0830hrs and I paid the extra charge because it is on a Sunday. Sadly car received at 0924hrs.

NO one has the initiative to inform me that the car will be late and to let me know when the car will reach on 19th. what a disgrace!

customer service:
- POOR! late replies and unavle to contact out of office hours without prior notice! No information in detailed manner will be provided for customer benefit!
- NO service recovery done, eventhough informed customer that 'boss' will give u a call later after I have given feedback on 22th June.

car:
- remote not working but I am not informed during car take over.
- basically is depends on ur luck that if u get a car that is thoroughly checked before handover to u before use or not

website:
- CHEATER! prices posted are way cheaper but then they will tell you that it is an old price and u are unable to book in website!
