New Yorker Cafe

First impressions are always the most important. Unlike normal restaurants they will greet you at the door but it seemed unattended , felt like we were not welcome there. That's just how i felt at first but after a the waiters started to smile after i spoke to them when taking orders 😊. I think he was just a shy waiter so no problem 😊..
Food is great and affordable actually for a hotel. I know many restaurants that over price themselves but here the setup and feel fits the bill. Nice work guys. Kudos to the kitchen team 👏.. Presentation was clean and food tasted fresh 👌 😋. Coffee was nice as well and im very fussy when it comes to coffee. A bad cup can spoil my night , thankfully it was excellent.. I would definitely recommend this place to my ipoh geng and come back again.
Ps to the chef , the pesto pasta should have more pesto and less garlic . Tasted more like Aglio then pesto.. ref photo for reference..

When we arrived here , no staff greeted us. And situation a bit tegang when one of the staff macam kekwat and a bit rude to my hubby when ask to get order. But afterwards the staff made an apology so i guess just “kosong2” aje , no need to pendam. Anyway hope to be more professional after this.

The food is superb. Service laju . I damn love the pesto pastaaaa!! Sooo scrumptious! Please give a try. The nasi aym penyet was also good. Keep it up. Only the drinks, cawan not that big but quite pricey. Overall , love the place and surely will be back again. Tq

Nice cafe with excellence services by the manager and staff. Got a soothing and relaxed environment here. It look like expensive cafe but the price of all menu was affordable.
