The worst ever bus from shah alam - kangar road.

From shah alam, bus route to Putrajaya Sentral then Terminal Bersepadu, then Terminal Jalan Duta. A long route in Klang valley before heading to Butterworth, Sg Petani, Alor Setar.

From shah alam it took 14hours in total of journey. Avoid la bus Suasana Holiday ini.

Choose other bus operator which provide direct bus instead.

Ticket from putrajaya to alor setar, at 8.45am but bus arrived at 9.30am, slow! Supposedly arrived alor at 2.30pm but we arrived almost at 6. Such a waste time!

Ticket from Shah Alam at 8am to Alor Setar, at 5pm still haven't arrived yet. In the tickets said we will be arriving at 2.30pm. They stop at every bus station to pick up passenger that took a lot of time. Don't take this bus if you don't want to spend 8++ hours in the bus.

The driver didn't let me on the bus and told me there would be another bus to go with. So I believed him and waited, but after the time has passed the departure time I called the service center and asked them where is my bus. They told me it had already departed and I missed it. The contacted the driver and he said that no one came to him, which is a lie. I told the call center to refund me my money and they said they can't since the driver denied that he talked to me. No one should trust this bus company. The drivers attitude is terrible, and they don't value their customers. If you want to travel in time without any issues, don't book from this company.

Very bad service. Pls do not take this bus. Took bus at 1:45 at shah alam, 4pm still around KL, collect people like town bus, tbs, kl, many places.. pls do not take this bus, if you are rushing ... Definetely can't meet your ETA.. Im regret booked online, without read review online. My worst bus travel experiances...

Please BEWARE, do not cheated by this company anymore. I bought ticket for my mum on 1 october 2022 on 11.15pm from Jitra to Kajang. I had arrived earlier from the time written & waiting till 12am, yet the bus not coming. The worst is the counter already closed and no one call to reach out the passenger as the call number REDBUS not in function as well as their counter. Tomorrow morning I came to the counter, they told that the bus depart earlier than the time, its really show their fault, not passenger, however the declined to redeem my ticket nor return back my money because I bough it online through REDBUS apps. The call number also not in function as I don't know to whom I should reach and ask help. The WORST EVER. The last time, I used Bonus from the apps, yet after payment made, the ticket purchased not appear at all. This matter really like scamme. Please return back my money or else I will take legal action immediately. Does not reserve any star.

Sesiapa yang nak merasa suasa sana holiday boleh lah naik bas ni. Betul2 kena dengan namanya. Ibarat kena scam. Hang pa tu Melayu Islam berniaga jujur lah dengan pelanggan. Kalau kata Shah Alam - Kuala Perlis 7jam 45 minit make sure sampai lah betul. Kalau lambat sikit terlewat 30 minit ke OK lagi lah orang boleh terima kot jalan jammed ke. Ini tidak. Kau kencing customer, dari Shah Alam boleh singgah stesen bas lain bukan satu sampai 3 stesen Putrajaya, TBS, Jalan Duta. Sampai duta dah 10.30 pagi. 2 jam setengah kau ajak pusing KL. Aku dah jemu tengok KL nak negeri orang lain. Dah tu berhenti sekali saja untuk kencing 20 minit. Tu saja tak da fikir orang. Dah macam anak buah ayah pin berhenti solat tidak, makan pun tidak. 11 jam atas. Driver solat pakai niat ke atau jamak terus 5 waktu time subuh? Otak letak mana lah. Yang bengangnya kalau ikut betul direct dari Shah Alam ke Kuala Perlis memang boleh ngam2 timing. Ferri aku pukul 6 petang. Tak pasal burn macam tu saja, dah kena lagi tambah duit nak sewa bilik hotel pulak. Esok beli lagi tiket ferri. Meniaga tak pakai otak. Buat malu saja. Yang nak Cuba sila kan. Silap aku tak baca dulu review. Betul apa orang komen semua betul. Kalau boleh setiap negeri setiap pekan setiap stesen bas dorang nak singgah. Gila punya kerja. Baik aku naik bas loncat. Ni bukan bas ekspress dah macam rupa.

my parent punya bus ticket jam 11pm last night. AS to TBS. end up jam 12midnight bus baru sampai. then their staff a girl call me said, "ADA MANA EH, BUS DAH SAMPAI NI KAT LINE NO 6. PLATE NUMBER BGY 66".
Hello Girl , your customer service is out! supposed to politely said, MAAF LAMBAT BOLEH SAYA TAHU PUAN ADA KAT MANA SEKARANG SEBAB BUS BARU JA SAMPAI.

Diharapkan pihak pengurusan mengambil tindakan tatatertib terhadap kerani wanita tersebut, dan pihak pengurusan seharusnya memberi training kepada pekerja.
Pihak pengurusan tidak seharusnya berdiam diri dengan review dan rating yang diberi oleh penghuna perkhidmatan pengguna.
