Cozy to stay. Actually change to Green Town Hotel already. Beside 2 restaurant, near KFC and near bus station. Easy pick up for Grab also.

This hotel is very near to shahab perdana bus station in Alor Star KEDAH. Express busses from Alor Star to KL can be boarded at this station. Many restaurants serving local and Thai food are nearby.

There are a number of cheap hotels around the bus station. Smoke eeked into the room and it was quiet dirty. Took one look under the beds to ensure we didn't leave anything behind and could have been anything growing and hiding under there. There was also scribble on the walls and exposed wiring.
I don't mind how basic a hotel is but it does not take much effort to keep tidy and clean.
The 1 plus was that the shower was good.

Avoid
The grossest hotel I've ever stayed in. Refused to shower and tried not to use the loo. Neither appeared to have been cleaned in the last 5 years and the build up of grunge was disgusting. Overpriced for what you get. Stench of cigarette smoke in the hallway was unbearable. Walls were filthy.
