We were recommended to use this company by our hotel owner who provided us with their phone number. We messaged them very late requesting a car for the following morning. They were very helpful and sent us a full price breakdown. We only had to send photos of our ID and paid a deposit via a secure link.

In the morning they sent full instructions of where to collect the car, including a photo and a pin dropped for use on google maps. They were waiting for us when we arrived and thoroughly detailed any cosmetic scratches etc before us taking it. Our car was and only a month old and everything worked perfectly.

When we returned the next day, they confirmed the condition of the car and returned our deposit straight away with no questions asked.

Very good service and would definitely recommend to anybody needing a car.

I had a good experience with We Rich car rental. Reasonable price car, arranged one day before. For a reasonable fee, less than a full day hire, they even extended hire by 4 hours so I could return the car late. I would use this provider again.

Perfect communication. Véhicule was super clean and worked perfectly. Pick up and return was very easy since the company suggest the delivery directly to your hotel in Ipoh. Prices were also good.

Very professional car rental agency. They delivered and picked up the car for a reasonable fee in Ipoh as agreed. The car was nearly brand new and rental price reasonable. They collected 300 MYR deposit in cash, but they wanted to return it by Paypal. Since we did not like that option, they rushed off to get cash and we had no problems getting deposit back in cash at the end. Recommended.

Initially, I encounter some problem in online reservation, Mr Hustaqim was very patience and assist me on my reservation via WhatsApp.

During car collection, Ms Nisa was very helpful and explained the necessary during the takeover of car.
When car return, both the handover & deposit refund was very fast.

We had booked the car via the website portal and deposited online via Paypal to confirm our booking. On the day of our arrival in Ipoh, Tuan Mustaqim had already messaged me via WhatsApp on the car standing-by at the airport and waiting for us to reach. So once we arrived at Ipoh, picking-up the car was super easy and fast! I was even shocked to know the car was only 4 months old! It felt so new, clean and super spacious for 5 adults and 3 children with 2 large luggage! We had no problems with the car during our return trip to and from Cameron and subsequent stay in Ipoh! Wonderful experience with We Rich. It was a smooth process throughout. And clear directions were given to us to get to the carpark from the airport a day before our arrival. Had rent twice for this company the person who served me name Takim his service very good and very patient to explain all the details to me and he very friendly and replied my Enquiry very fast . Every time he will check all the engine oil ,tayar ,break and the aircon is under good condition before hand over to me. The car was clean and no smoking smell cause my family members don’t like the smoking smell before that I got rent car for many company the car inside got smoking smell and got insect and ants inside the car.
