Paya Beach Spa & Dive Resort - Tioman Island

Good hotel, free breakfast included. We got to stay in the rooms around the pond which was really cool. You’ll see water monitors and cats walking around.

The staff are very friendly. Especially snorkeling coach, he take us see very more view the fish.
This trip is relax to go. So happy to us.

We booked the hotel package, breakfast &lunch &dinner is also abundant and various.
Service is great, they even called us and reminded us about the dinner time.

Had a lovely stay on the Tioman Island at Paya Resort. Booked a full board package as we got a good deal via their own website. We were also upgraded from pond side rooms to the pool side ones. Reaching there requires a 90 min ferry ride which we took from the Mersing Jetty.

They have a pond, pool & direct beach access along with various water sports, hikes, mountain trail etc activities which are available.

The meal buffets were decent but with a slightly limited spread. Room service was ok.. a bit hit & miss with the requests we had. Overall we had a good stay & the resort is worth recommending.

Enjoyed the night with the live band love hearts band. The band was very entertaining and accommodating.

What a delightful day here at paya beach resort We indulged in the delicious offerings of the dinner buffet, courtesy of our talented chef who never fails to impress. Kudos to the entire kitchen team! The tomyam was delish! A huge shoutout to the housekeeping staff for their exceptional service, ensuring our comfort and convenience throughout our stay. Special thanks to Staff Odel for always ensuring our towels were fresh and changed daily.

But what truly sets this place apart is the unparalleled guest service. We were fortunate to meet the GM last December, who went above and beyond to assist us during a challenging time. Their dedication and commitment to ensuring a memorable experience for guests, even in the face of unexpected circumstances like monsoon rain, is truly commendable. Thank you for making our stay unforgettable!

Me and my husband had a great time here. We enjoyed the snorkelling and the beach view. Food was awesome. We would like to be here again.

The atmosphere was great, the band sang very well, and it gave you a comforting feeling under the sunset.You deserve to experience it!

I stayed here with a group of 100 students and about 30 teachers and staff for five days last March and I really really loved the service they gave. The staff was really helpful and the hotel manager Mr. Rama was incredible in making our stay meaningful and unforgettable for all the students. He set up camp fire for us next to the beach although they had never done it before only because the students from Singapore never really had camp fire outdoor due to regulations from the country. I was really thankful for him. The food was also plentiful, a lot of variety and delicious. Really recommended for couples, families or big groups. Thanks Paya Resort team.🙏🏼

A very fun trip and entertaining.

Room : AC wasn’t strong enough to make the room cold, but decent. Ambience is great but a bit too dark when you need more light.

Service : Service is great, all staff were super helpful. Food taste were amazing. Our candlelight dinner was satisfactory too.

Location : Located at the end of the island, isolated from other tourists. Lots of mini mart nearby, easy to buy stuff. Near the beach, can even hear the beach waves. Very nice.

Stayed 2 nights here, I was skeptical intially as this resort is very old compared to others. However, after staying a night each at Villa and Beachfront chalet, both rooms have been nicely renovated, looks new and clean. No regrets staying here, facing the beach is simply great. Nice sunset and nice English live band every night. Best place for dinner and drinks while enjoy the soothing sea breeze.

Wonderful trip at Tioman Island for snorkeling and hiking. However, the food is average and no much choice.
