Perodua Service Centre (Alor Setar)

My first time here - have to be early even by appointment. Because it is a working day, it is not that crowded. The waiting area is spacious and clean and they also provide some refreshments for the waiting customers. The guard is super helpful in assisting us of their operation.

Tip top customer and car service. Everything explained in detail. You might have to wait up to two hours though if they do a thorough checkup (my radiator was problematic). Options presented and suggested for any repair. Comfortable waiting lounge with water, tea and coffee, and ice pops for the children.

The lady at the first counter was ok, perhaps a bit tired. But my service advisor, the guy who handled my case, WAS AMAZING!! VERY HELPFUL!! Just a great guy, kept me abreast of all ongoings, etc. Jolly good guy! I would even rate 3 bad employees as good just because of this ONE guy!! Of course none was actually bad

My friend recommended this service centre. Indeed, the service is excellent. The staff are friendly and very helpful. I love the space they provide for customers, you can have coffee and cookies, and there is also mini playground for kids.

Better than other.. thats all.. hope that perodua will provide more snacks while we waiting for our car service.

Waiting area very comfortable. Can opt to eat meals while waiting for service and also watch dvd movies at the tv (what move to watch, up to perodua personnel though😅)
