Friendly staff, and they're very polite. I must appraise the staff very well. Room is great and clean, and i think might need some update. Well it's clean and tidy, though. Will come back definitely.

Excellent location in centre of Alor Setar. Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel now appears to be closed, we have heard from family in Alor Star that the building is undergoing major refurbishment - not sure if it will be opening again after. If i hear anything i will post details
